You people need to learn quality control on your orders. My order was almost $20 of food that included tacos and chalupas and you freaking gave me chips and a Gordita!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!
this taco bell is trash. the last 3 times i’ve placed a mobile order to pick up in store, the doors were locked, so i waited in line for 30+ minutes to get my food. whatever, i understand working fast food sucks! today i had placed a mobile order to pickup in store, the doors were yet again locked.

The selection is great and would say is improving even. I like many of the options available from the breakfast to dinner menus. Unfortunately because of the current economic climate service is slower, so expect delays. I do not fault the employees one bit for that either.
Waited in line 20 mins to drive up and finally order only to be rudely told, "So we're not taking orders now". When we asked for clarification it was " were only completing door dash orders". When we suggested they should put signs up or cones to block the drive through, the worker snapped and said
I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru. Which is longer than my lunch break. Could hardly hear the girl on the speaker and she was having a hard time understanding me. I had to order 3 times before she got it right.

The last two times I've gone through the drive-thru my order has been completely wrong and since the line is crazy long at lunch I don't sit at the window and check my bag. Today I had to get right back to work but there was no line so I figured I would be ok to not check the bag... I got two orders
Wondering how any Taco Bell in colorado even remains open/makes money. Pulled up at 7pm on Sunday evening and they are closed. Better yet they had someone inside tell me they were closed. There was also a drive thru full of people behind me.
