I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have had HORRIBLE service here over and over. This takes the cake. The pasta was overcooked and didn't even cover the bottom of the dish. Pitiful.

Went to get a pizza 1 person working. Pizza wasn't even in the rack to keep it warm. Went in to pay and the person workings kids were hanging out in the store and the employee wasn't even in the building. Was out back behind the store doing whatever. Pizza was cold. Absolutley will not be back

Was lied to by manager (Jessica?). Ordered online for carside pickup. Got there early. Waited for two cars to leave that was ahead of me. The manager was freed up as no customers were being waited on. I waited another few minutes then walked in. I don't have a problem with going in to get my order.

I ordered a well done pizza and got a a very light pizza instead. They over cooked my cheese sauce so much it was a hard mass in the bottom of the pan. I’ve never had a “dip” you have to scrape off the bottom of a pan with a spoon to put it on the bread it came with to “dip” in it. In summary if you

This will sadly be the last time we use this location. After several bad experiences, today we received “32 garlic knots” without the garlic sauce.. so it was just bread and we received 16 instead of 32. Also, when we went inside to pick it up the worker was taking a dip out of his mouth.

I personally don’t care if you wear a mask or not but if you have to cough or anything like that cover your mouth or walk away. Do NOT just cough on the food while you’re making the pizzas, that is absolutely disgusting. We literally just witnessed an older man doing this. Use common sense!
