Las Brisas’ location and especially the view from a window seat is like that of a postcard. The hostess was very accommodating and our waitstaff was friendly, attentive and Diego, our server, is a genuinely nice guy. As for the food, compared to past visits, I was a bit disappointed with the menu and what we were served. My wife had the Las Brisas salad with shrimp. I had the salmon plate. Her salad looked nice but was lacking in ingredients aside from the lettuce and the dressing it was tossed in. Way over coated. My salmon, though lacking in size, was tasty and well cooked. The vegetables accompanying it were cooked to perfect al dente and seasoned great. The potatoes were awful. They had the texture of what pieces of a fried potato might feel like after 3 or 4 days left on the kitchen counter. As a former chef, I was a bit embarrassed. The coffee, however, is outstanding!! One of my top 5 cups of coffee was at Las Brisas. We’re certainly not giving up on our 2-3 visits a year, yet I hope this review is seriously considered to hopefully make our future visits as pleasant and memorable as our past visits. We really love this place!!

I have been coming here for years! Honestly las brisas has the best view, the gardens that surround the patio are beautiful.... great people watching and the coast line view is unique with all the beautiful rock formations. The food is good and the service is great. And the patio is dog friendly

I was there yesterday with my loving brothers and sisters .. and let me tell you I was blown away this place is beautiful it kinda reminds me of Greece. The food was out of this world. Calamari was sooo tasty. I had fish and chips which was good . But the staff ... great friendly people. I enjoyed the Lil. Corn breads too. Ok time for dessert.. hard to choose so choose five and share ... cream brûlée.. cheese cake.. chocolate moose which we didn’t have enough of Lemon sorbet was delicious. This was my first time here and I hope to return some day.

We went here for a weekend brunch and it has a four course menu from which you can choose from. Selection is good, starts the table with fruit and Mexican bread. They are very attentive with the customer’s needs and filling the water. Then with appetizer, entree and dessert. I enjoyed my food but my friends with me did not like it as much. Plenty of dinning area, plenty of nearby parking, they also validate parking. The view is phenomenal. I think you get your money’s worth if you do the weekend brunch. The bottomless Mimosa and Bloody Mary’s good.

I went here today with my mom and sister for their birthdays. We had been here in the past and I was a little hesitant to return due to the recent reviews and their prices. But this time the experience was exceptional. From the view of the ocean to the food and drinks, to the wonderful service we received from Joey. He made sure we were happy with everything we ordered and gave good recommendations. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I look forward to going back again.

Las Brisas is an excellent choice for dinner. The grounds are impeccably kept with sweeping views of the ocean and much of Laguna beach. We walked into a very pleasant hostess who was quick to find us a table outside to enjoy the view. The food was superb. I had the Halibut Veracruz. It was seared to a perfect golden crust and delicately seasoned. The fish was served on a bed of rice with a phenomenal tomato sauce. The entire experience was pleasant and so enjoyable. If you are in Lafuna Beach and looking for new a place to eat, I recommend Las Brisas.

We could not have picked a better location for celebrating our son's wedding. Amazing ambience, amazing food and great service. Joanne, the event manager did a great job helping us put the event together. Anna and Tony were great servers and took amazing care of our guests. Our guests were raving about the view and the food. Well done Las Brisas!

Everyone was very nice and constantly kept an eye out for anything we needed. Made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed our time at Las Brisas. Thank you, too Gabriel & Cynthia for being so kind, helpful and providing great service while we were there, will be definitely coming back to las Brisas soon!

Had a great experience at this resturant. Went for my wife's birthday and everything was amazing! Seating, food, drinks, view, and staff were all great! Only complaint was the parking. Valet was full so had to circle a few times to get a street parking but still not too bad. Will definitely be back!

Stumbled upon this restaurant when we were visiting the beach. Food was delicious and our server was very attentive. She double checked with the kitchen to make sure what I was ordering was gluten free. Great experience!

PERFECTION - Mike Steel was the best server I have encountered all year - he was 5-STAR all the way - he got everything we asked for right the first time including lemon, lime, cucumber, and mint for our waters. He even warmed the cream so it wouldn’t cool off my Americano. We never had to ask for anything twice. We never had to look for him when we needed anything yet he was not a nuisance - he was friendly, professional, clearly at ease with all people and we never felt out of place - we never felt rushed to leave so they could seat the next party - we were allowed to eat, drink, be merry and soak in that gorgeous view for as long as we wanted - the owner was equally welcoming and quite the comedian - all the employees were happy and pleasant which is a sign of healthy workplace environment - when we finally did decide to call it a night, a nice little touch for the valet parking was they handed us cold waters and these really tasty chocolate chip cookies- I highly recommend Las Brisas - if you sit outside, you will have an ocean front view and close enough to hear the crashing of the waves and if you sit inside at one of those large picture windows, you’ll get that same view you as well. It is quite the Laguna Beach dining experience and well worth the drive. Las Brisas once again did not disappoint!

Do yourself a favor and stop at Las Brisas for brunch! This place was INCREDIBLE. I had the four course brunch with the Chilaquiles. The food was absolutely perfect. My server was the best (I think his name was JP?). The entire staff was so helpful and attentive. 5 star service all around. And the ambiance speaks for itself of course. This is a must go!

Very special place place with unique atmosphere and gorgeous views. Food is mostly Mexican and pricey because of the location. Be prepared to spend at least $100-$150 for company of 2 people. Recommend, especially if it is your first visit Laguna beach area! Wonderful sunset during the dinner is guaranteed.

I dined her just on a spur of the moment beach trip to Laguna. The ambience is amazing with a great location right above the beach with a breathtaking view. The food on the other hand for the price was just okay. I’ve had tastier food at lower scale restaurants. Don’t get me wrong the food was fresh and good but flavor was lacking. The service was a little slow as well which is why I gave them 4 stars. This is place is definitely worth a trip.

I have never been here or to the Laguna Beach area, but my mom comes here every time she’s in town so she wanted to take me. It was amazing. We had the ceviche for an appetizer and it was so fresh and not fishy at all— something super important to me when it comes to seafood (that means it’s fresh)! I had the shrimp tampiqueños for my entree with a mai tai and holy cow… first of all, the prawns were enormous, the sauce was to incredible, and it was so filling. My mom had the scallops and I tried one and they were so flavorful and I love when places know how to clean their scallops properly— no grit when I ate it! Just how it should be. Finally, we had the tres leches cake and I’m gluten free, but I had it anyways because of how delicious it looked and it was totally worth it. It was a huge slice and I’m a sucker for coconut and it was covered in coconut flakes. The service was also awesome. Our waiter was very nice and always checking in on us. I will be back for sure! And even if the food wasn’t good, I would be back for the view alone. The view was incredible looking over the water and looking at the houses in the hills watching the sunset.

My experience was a couple months ago but I loved every minute of it. I was reminded to post watching the real housewives of Orange County as it’s shown on an episode. I went when the weather was warm with my husband for a date night (try to do once a month with 3 kids). Food was amazing, scenery was breath taking, and service was exceptional! I don’t eat lamb but my husband devoured his and I ended up hiring a chef for his 40th bday to recreate the dish. Las Brisas had been in Laguna Beach for a very long time and I’m very happy I finally went!

This is an orange county staple, must do experience if you are in or can get to Laguna Beach. The food is always perfect and I highly recommend the Sunday brunch. Additionally, it’s right next to a wonderful walk on Cliff Drive. It is scenic and always breathtaking. Reservations are a must as it fills up very quickly, and you will not get in without an RSVP.

I visited this place for DINNER on Saturday 24.6.23. I didn’t have a reservation but the hostess was so nice and got us a nice spot with a great view to the beach. Great start! We ordered 3 appetizers and a main entrée for 2 people. We started with the ceviche. It comes with a full plate of chips. The ceviche was so fresh and delicious. Ribs followed and it was even better. They were so tender, and the sauce, on the spicy flavor side, was amazing. Then we had the Tuna Poke. For the main entrée we had the chicken which it was great too but we were so full already and wanted to leave some room for dessert. Portions are generous. Finally we had the tres leches cake. Best way to finish a great food experience. For drinks we had two margaritas. They offer a great variety of wines and beer as well. The staff is one of the nicest I have experienced! Fast and attentive. Prices are average but considering how great the food is, I think is worth it. We spent about $150 including tip (2 people). Definitely Las Brisas is a must place to eat.
