Reminds me of a more relaxed high end chain grocery store. Friendly staff and convenient location. Good area to be in after a long day at the beach for some eats. I only wish they had ready made foods that are vegan.

Don't get to Gelsen's often and when I do the employees are so nice all the time this Laguna Beach store. It's always freezing in every grocers. So tonight I just kept goin towards soup fixins, and makin a pot of soup... Then quickly turned to thoughts of Mom making a pot of soup LOL Something

Wide aisles, well stocked, clean and neatly organized, lots of great Gelson's speciality items in deli, meat dept, and includes a Starbucks business in the store. Lots of out of sun parking below the store.
