Simply the best sushi and best sushi chefs in Orange County. Ten+ years we've been going, feels like it just gets better.
By far the best sushi in OC if not all of SoCal. You can spend alot more going to other "high end" sushi spots. The quality of fish at Jizake is on par with the best of the best - same goes for the skill of chefs they are on par with the best of the best.

My daughter is a sushi fan and we went there a couple of nights ago. Ambience is welcoming and service is great; different menu choices at the bar or seated.
Food is really good and we will definitely come back soon!

The space is beautiful and comfy. My Hawaiian roll was pretty good. However, the sashimi combination was way too pricey compared to other Japanese restaurants. The “crunch” on the crunch roll was a bit soggy.

Always really good. Love the lollipop roll, Lion king roll and the burrito. My 3 favorites. Wish they had pictures and descriptions of everything thing offer on their menu. I’d try more things.
Fun local place that has fresh sushi in an upbeat amotsphere. Chefs are entertaining too.
Delicious sushi. One thing that is pretty annoying is that they haven’t paid for a music service so there are about 5 minutes of commercials blasting in your ear every 10 minutes.
