I placed my order over the phone to go and they answered pretty fast this time. All white meat chicken bowl, white rice, no onions or cabbage and a diet raspberry Snapple. The food was 100% correct and quality was great, higher than I expected and stayed hot after my 15 minute drive. My only complaint was from the person that helped me while I was there. She did not greet me and refused to give me jalapeños claiming “They did not have any” even though they always do. I figured maybe they were out but then on my way out she opened the door for me, I thanked her, and then she told me next time I come don’t use my leg to leverage their heavy door. I felt like her comment was unnecessary as I did no damage to the door and in turn the interaction rubbed me the wrong way. Would have been a 5 star review otherwise.
Food is good. The restaurant could use an update. And the service was average.
I’ve tried this place about four times now. Fast and easy to order in person or by phone. This location is small but clean with good customer service.
I ordered a chicken bowl while driving to what I thought was the closest flame broiler. When I got there I learned my order went to a different flame broiler far from my house. I was mad, but after picking up my order and eating it my frown turned upside down 😃 All white meat chicken is worth it, very quality food, and love the veggies on the side (minus the cabbage). This place was worth the extra driving!
Sometimes it is difficult to park during the day. That just shows that it's good for small business owners. The amount of food could be a little bit larger in portion size. Other than that the food is consistently cooked the restaurant is clean and everything is done in a timely manner.

Place was a bit dirty, but she was cleaning it up. Just after lunch time slam.
We were visiting our son and the family out in this area. Half decided to go here and they were happy campers. Just remember not to pick up the sauces on your own, it's a no-no during this pandemic. The food is the bomb 💣
The food is good but sadly they don't have healthy alternatives for sauces. They do give a lot of food though which is good as we were very hungry and prices are reasonable
The food is good. The veggies are not overcooked and the tofu tastes great. Most of the employees have been very friendly.

Giving this Flame Broiler 4 stars not only because the food was delicious but the lady working was so friendly. She was calling everyone "dear" and you could see she was truly doing her best with everything that was going on. Will definitely be back to this Flame Broiler just because of her.
Love this location. Some locations are better then others and this one is GREAT! Food is consistent and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is very clean inside as well.
My favorite fast food place,especially love the children bowl with veggies. If you haven't tried it you can't go wrong, don't forget the teriyaki sauce,delicious!
Wow! I enjoyed a good meal @ fbroiler down in L. Niguel.. same as any other locations. pretty cool when your on the road and needs fillin up. Located in almost all places.
