Worst service ever. Normally very pleasant servers, but staff was rude from the start. Burgers were mashed. Out of everything and the order taker acted like it was asking for a miracle to take our order.
Tried to order the Patty Melt, they said they weren't serving those. Ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, the bun was stale, chicken patty was rubbery, and the lettuce looked old and limp. Not much sauce or other condiments on the sandwich. Our Server was very Polite and fast, no complaints there.
This location has some of the most incompetent people working, I'd be afraid of what they actually served you! I stop and order a Supersonic Breakfast combo. I forget a couple of pretzel twists, so I push the little red button again and order some. 10 mins later, yes 10 mins, I get the incorrect bur
Ordered the extra long chest coney. The bread was stale and hard. The weenie was tuff like it had been cooking for a week. The tater tots were just crumbles. Find somewhere else to eat.
The food was cold tasted like it was in the refrigerator. I order breakfast burritos all the time at all locations and have never gotten one this cold.
Burgers are always fresh, fries are cooked just right, not to much salt. I always use the sonic app to order prior to arrival so I never have to wait. Also using the app you get 1/2 off drinks all day! How cool is that!
