Horrible experience! Not only was the deep dish pizza one of the worst I’ve ever had, but the manager was absolutely horrible with controlling herself when they had issues charging our Apple MasterCard because it didn’t have numbers printed on the card. She was extremely rude, immature and insulting! My wife and kids were appalled by the way she contained her frustration. We ordered boneless wing bites, which were good. The haddock dinner was great, and the deep dish pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and extra cheese was absolutely horrible. The pizza reminded me of a thick stale cracker covered with diced tomatoes, pepperoni, and a trace of burnt cheese. It was extremely dry, not typical of deep dish pizza. Most of the pizza had little to no cheese, and what little was there was burnt to a crisp. We asked out server if this was normal, and she seemed scared to give an honest opinion only saying that the head chef had sent it out so he must have been happy with it. We left it at that, and didn’t ask for a replacement or for it to be taken off of our bill. But the way the Managment handled herself with our payment, ensured this review. Apple MasterCard is a secure credit card that has a rolling account number, and therefore doesn’t have any numbers printed on it. Uno’s outdated credit card processing requires them to enter the last 4 digits of the number during payment. The manager came to us all worked up, stressed out and demanding. My wife provided her with the last 4 digits of the account number after looking at her account on her phone like she would when ordering something online. The manager started a tirade with us that it wouldn’t work, and saying how it’s a small town and they don’t have a chip reader or updated credit card processing. Demanding that I go over and see that it wouldn’t work, magically it accepted the credit card when the last 4 digits of the physical card were entered. The manager franticly looked for a pen for us to sign our receipt, without one in her immediate reach, she slams our receipt down and says don’t even worry about signing it. We asked our server for a pen, so that we could leave her a tip because she was great and did everything she could to provide an enjoyable experience. If the manager would have remained calm there wouldn’t have been any issues. So be aware of this if you have one of the many new credit cards that don’t have numbers printed on them. Uno’s is stuck in 1985 with their credit card processing so be prepared to pay cash or with another card.

I got the deep dish pizza, it was one of the best I have ever had and I have had a ton of pizza in my life. My wife had chicken Alfredo, it was AMAZING. My daughter had spaghetti and giant meatball and my other daughter had the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. They are more picky than me and they loved it. I would highly recommend every one visit this place. The ambiance is great as well as the servers.
