Super impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service offered by Ristorante Brissago! From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant , to the time we left we had a wonderful experience . The table was set up so well and our server was absolutely amazing and patiently explained all the items on the menu. Located inside the Grand Geneva resort, this is a popular dining spot. Reservations are highly recommended.
The food and presentation was a 10/10! You cannot leave this place without trying the bruschetta and burrata with heirloom tomatoes. They were both fresh and refreshing. The main course was equally appetizing, scallops and halibut was cooked to perfection. Overall had a great dining experience!

My whole dining experience here was wonderful. Our waitress took the time to thoroughly explain our dishes & made our first time here a great one. Knowing the chef had its perks. Chef Rigo also took the time to create a delicious dish that met my dietary needs. Starting with the appetizer, down to the main course & dessert everything was beyond delicious. He’s a talented chef and it truly shows with the hard work he put in to making it & the presentation for it.

Great food and great service. Breaded Pork chop was solid and lobster pasta was good. We also had the heirloom tomato burrata and Caesar salad which were both worth getting again.

Service was slow and calamari appetizer had to be re-served. Some dishes were served cold. The bruschetta was good as was the steak, but the poor service made the meal less than enjoyable.

Decent Italian restaurant that says they make their own pastas. I guess we were kind of expecting more given how great the steakhouse in the Grand Geneva is, but the room is nice an intimate and if you go at the right time there aren't too many kids. It took awhile for our mains to come out, but the server was friendly and the food was great and since we were staying at the resort, we really were not in any rush.

Completely over priced for what they offer. You would think they would have enough pool space for at least half the guests but nope,couldn’t even find a chair and the pool was disgusting. It was cloudy, band aids and hair floating in it not to mention the beer cans all around. I wouldn’t go back here if it was free nor would I recommend it.

Lovely resort. Fantastic facilities and wonderful staff and service. The restaurants were top notch. Lots of great activities, beautiful spa and the pool is super fun., We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Shout out to Daniel, our server at The Chop House who was fabulous!!

There for a wedding which was beautiful and food was delicious as well as wonderful service from staff. Room was dated, and smelled like an old smoking room. The bathroom floor was filthy stained with makeup. Not pleased with that aspect for the price of the room. Also would not allow an early check in which made getting ready for our event there extremely difficult. Trash cans outside overflowing also not a nice view. Disappointed 😔

Fantastic customer service! We were there the Friday before Christmas and check-in was very busy but the line went quickly and they had an employee walking up and down the line answering questions, which helped speed up the process. Our room was luxurious, very comfortable and large, even though it was just a "regular" room (not a suite). Breakfast with Santa was fantastic; again, the service was amazing. We will be back.

Birthday Weekend celebrating my 50th Birthday. Beautiful and gorgeous grounds. Great hot tub, great food and wonderful service. The suite was very comfortable.
King size bed, there was a T.V. in the mirror in our bathroom! The food was outstanding and the Manager Kathy Sellers was fabulous! She made my birthday extra special. Rose petals on the table. Cheesecake and roses from Donna our server. It was a fabulous weekend!

This review is geared towards the restaurant Chophouse. We have ate here many times before and had great meals however yesterday’s was awful. My wife had a filet Oscar style medium rare. It came out medium well and very dry. I ordered my filet medium rare also with an add on of scallops. My filet was cooked medium on half and medium rare the other half. My meal was luke warm at best. I speculate our meals were premise in anticipation of the valentines rush. We got robbed of money for what the meal cost. I will have second thoughts of going here next time as there several other options in LG.

Took my wife to celebrate her BD. Food was excellent, service could use some tweaking.
We waited in the bar for our table to be prepared and they forgot about us. Ordered a bottle of wine and it took an unusually long time to be “found”. Asked for Tabasco Sauce when ordering my appetizer, it didn’t come until I was halfway done. When paying $100 a plate for dinner, I expect the details to be attended to, not forgotten.

Grand Geneva lives up to it’s name!! The room was beautiful, the Christmas lighting and fireworks were fantastic. We had dinner at the Chophouse and the steaks were definitely prime. The only complaint I have is our waitress was quite condescending. But then there was Chandler..he was helpful, funny and sweet. Will definitely return

One of the lounge staff members was very rude. We had a few drinks and ordered food to go. The waitress (Allie) came up and dropped off plates and I tried telling her we got it to go when she put her hand in my face and told me I had to wait until after she took someone else's order. She was also extremely rude to my mom. We are staying here and definitely going elsewhere for food and drinks! One experience ruined a day that was otherwise great.

Had an amazing weekend here. The Grand Geneva staff assisted my boyfriend in planning his proposal to me. They went above and beyond and brought his vision to life! I was blown away! My Fiancé and I will definitely be back- especially with all of the wedding planning we will be doing!
