The worst experience ever at a McDonald's, the Hispanic manager treated me and my black coworkers very disrespectful. All we wanted was the right amount of syrup for our 5 orders of pancakes. We asked for 1, and she closed the drive thru door and acted like we wasn't there. Then wouldn't give us her name, so I got my money back for all of our orders. My money is good anywhere in America, McDonald's needs to do better. As a paying customer, i am most definitely contacting corporate.

Service has gone down since the beginning of Covid. Employee told me I could place my order on the Kiosk machine myself. I could but why they not giving me discount to place my order and employees just standing around chatting with one another than actual work being done.

I got there before the dining room opened, a crew member saw me standing there as she let another employee in. I didn't ask to be let in because they would open in less than ten minutes per the only sign posted on the door. 6 am came, noone opened, I waited 10 minutes, still noone. I walked to the drive through to ask if they were going to open the dining room, the girl standing there ignored my knock at the window besides the fact she had just closed it after helping a drive through customer. Having exhausted my patience i walked away and called them to be answered by the manager who told me they opened at 0630, I asked her why that wasn't posted or the girl that opened the door and saw me waiting didn't tell me since it's not posted it would've saved me 30 unprecedented minutes. She hung up. I walked there because I was staying at a hotel nearby for the fourth of July weekend so because their whole job is to provide a service I will be placing a formal complaint not because they didn't open but because the person in charge was obviously incompetent in the taking charge part of her job. And because she hung up.

Sunday afternoon, 5/17/22. I Found strange Black Flakes, unidentifiable as pepper in two Big Macs. It was very noticeable on the shredded lettuce and then found on patties and some pickles. What is that? Its not something I have normally seen.
Not too happy about that right now.

We order from this McDonald's a handful of times a month cause it's the closest one to us. Every time, they forget part of our order. Wether it's thru door dash or the McDonald's mobile app. This time it was 2 drinks for a couple meals. Our orders are on the larger side cause there's 6 of us. But they need to make sure they have all items in mobile and door dash orders. I work for burger king off 43 and 11 and run with 2 people a shift, and we hardly ever miss any order. And if we do, we try and fix it.
Edit after tonight's experience on 1/22/2022
I ordered dinner for my family. We ordered the shareable pack with the cheeseburgers and nuggets and fries. And meals for the rest. They forgot the nuggets and 4 orders of fries. Contacted door dash support for a refund so I could reorder what was forgotten. Place the second order. This time forgot 2 orders of fries. Contact door dash support again for another refund so I can get my items. I ask the driver to open the bag to make sure all is there before he leaves m he says they forgot 2 of the 4 holiday pies I had ordered alongside the fries. So he went back and got them. Kudos to door dash support and their drivers for going above and beyond, but McDonald's needs to do better. Again, I get being short handed but this is a bit ridiculous. Take your time and make sure orders are correct. In my experience I'd rather wait for a correct order than hurriedly get one that's incorrect.

Usually a great McDonald's to visit. Unfortunately I've had to take a star away. I have stopped there 5 times for a coffee between 4 and 5am this passed month and, despite it being open 24 hours, it has been completely closed twice with a delivery truck parked in the drive thru. I've tried bypassing it and going to the windows, but no workers came. I've tried calling to no avail, and I've tried using the mobile order option, but they must turn off the option, as it won't allow any orders be placed. While there, there were 3 other cars trying to order. We all gave up and left.

My granddaughter asked if we could go to McDonald's as she hadn't been there since covid hit. The drive through line was long so we went inside. She went to the light up play table which was filthy with dried on food. I cleaned it off as best I could and went to order our food at the kiosk. I ordered 2 Egg Mcmuffins and a hash brown. It was 10:20. My number came up on the board about 20 minutes later so I went to the counter to wait for it. The number eventually disappeared. During the 10 minutes I stood at the counter not one of 5 employees behind the counter ever turned around to help customers. Finally I got the attention of an employee who had to turn around to place an order on the counter. I asked her about my order. She asked me what it was and I told her it was 2 Egg Mcmuffins and a hash brown. She told me that she couldn't give me the hash brown because breakfast had ended at 11:00, 3 minutes earlier. It didn't make any difference that I had placed my breakfast order 45 minutes ago.Long story short we got fries instead of the hash brown, no apology, nothing. I live near this McDonalds and it used to be a great place to go, but it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. The restaurant is filthy, the napkin holder was wide open, and the glass doors were smeared with gunk. I told my granddaughter that we will NEVER go back.
