This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've seen. Even the screen on the debit machine was filthy, covered in dust/dander and small hairs. (Needless to say, I paid cash) If I wasn't starving and in a hurry on my lunch, and had another close fast option, I wouldn't have eaten the food (It ordered to go).
