A big "thank you" to the lovely Jacinta for taking care of me and my husband! As first timers, we had no idea what we were doing in putting our sandwich together, but she was kind and friendly and soon set us right again. We drove in from California and I was intent on getting Ed's before we headed out into the desert. BEST decision of this trip so far! We got a whole footlong He-Man to share for lunch later, and the value of delicious sandwich you get for the price is something I CANNOT get back in California! Plus Jacinta kindly got it cut and wrapped in 2 pieces for us, knowing we were going to share. <3 We came in around 10:30 and there wasn't much of a line yet, for which I'm thankful (although there's also online ordering available!). If I ever drive past again, I'm coming back to try the chicken salad sandwich! :D I RECOMMEND ED'S 20/10!

OK, study their menu before you get hungry! Really there are sandwiches for everyone's taste. (quality ingredients) Also consider their Mac&Cheese and all their sides. Add some softdrinks and you're set to go!
The food is terrific and the employees are super nice. They are not masking or social distancing in the store. You cannot get in and out safely.
You can order ahead and they have curbside delivery, so I still recommend.
