What the hell is this? It is an outrage. The meat is burned. The fries are cold. I can’t win out here. $21 in the trash. I should have learned. Culver’s here we come.

Very long lines, and the fries were absolutely disgusting as well as our chicken nuggets. Their smoothie machine was broken, and they were just extremely slow…just to make bad food wow

Hot and dirty place.
Food was the worst.
I can't believe I trusted McDonald's for my actual meal.
Brought the grandkids but it's so dirty here the floors the table the sofa machine disgusting.
Will never ever come back.
2 stars only because customer service was good.

Ordered for table service and waited, waited but no table service. Had to go up to the counter and inquire about order. Now, I realize that doesn't sound so bad but when you order table service you expect to get it.
Plus, the place is filthy! There wasn't anyone cleaning tables. The air conditioning is not on or not working.
Poorly run.

Generally good McDonald's when they pay attention to your actual order and give you all the food you paid for. There has been a few occasions I've had to drive back through the drive thru to retrieve the rest of the food I ordered. Besides that. I am a repeat customer 🍔🍟

Amazing for a McDonald's, the food is clean and well prepared, the staff is overwhelmed and over worked at times to keep everything running and the customers happy. I know the manager and they work their butts off and love the company...so keep that in mind folks sometimes we over pack them and things get a little slower but that's everywhere in town

The theme for this place: unreliable listeners!
The friendly voice comes over the intercom in the drive-through was obviously engaged in doing too much at one time. The order was repeated to her several times, and she was struggling to get the simple order correct.
When she finally took the time and entered the order into the register, she repeated what was said, but the reader board did not.
She became frustrated and said she would correct the order and asked me to pull to the pay window.
Pull up to the pay window; the order had to be corrected, yet again!
I paid for the order moved forward to the pickup window... I was handed a bag of food.
Because of the multiple mistakes in the order process, I checked the bag.
The order was missing a sandwich.
Here is what I ordered
2 sausage burritos with 4 mild sauces and sausage Bisquick with strawberry jam.
Nothing complicated, nothing special.
And for some reason, the friendly cashier thought I wanted 2 Hot sauces a burrito with grape jam.
Or sausage Bisquick with hot sauce and strawberry jam.
This friendly voice just could not get the order correct.
