I decided to go here at lunchtime based on the recommendation from a friend that I work with. I went by myself because everybody else was busy, but it was a good time to go. I had a brat on a bun with mustard, sauerkraut and peppers. There was a side of french fries with ketchup, and I had a side salad with balsamic vinegar. All of the items were very well prepared and tasty. Enjoyed the atmosphere so much, and just listening to four teachers having a conversation about beginning school next week. Got me back into my pass it forward and do something nice for somebody mood. Let’s just say the teachers didn’t have to pay for lunch and the servers got tipped pretty well. I’ll definitely be coming back here hopefully with friends and family whenever I get back down to this area again. I would highly suggest it if you’ve never been here come in and take a look I think you’ll like it. If you have been here and didn’t have such a good experience, I suggest that you give it a second maybe even a third chance and try it one more time. If you’ve been here and you love it I’m sure they’d love to have you back.

Great place. Stopped in for lunch. Great menu. I was seriously impressed with the 102 brews on tap! The Six Point Super Raspy was refreshing and very tasty. The Creme Brulee Stout was fantastic! I'll be back!

We are outside with our two German Shepherd Dogs. It was lunch and not crowded at all. We had good shade and some protection from a pop up shower. Service was very good and the food tasty. I recommend the fried pickles and chips.

Outstanding Food. Our Server, (Sarah we believe her name was), was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Jumbo soft pretzel, Jager Shnitzel (mushroom sauce on side) with asparagus and a baked potato. All excellent. The Shnitzel was breaded and cooked to perfection. Hubby had the German Beef Roll. Meat was tender. He loved the Red Cabbage and German Potato Salad (said reminded him of his Grandma's ..no better compliment than that!). Drawbacks: Atmosphere like a warehouse; QVC menu, few german apps, not many German dark beer selections (only the Hofbrau Munchen Dunkel - EXCELLENT). didn't have any Weiss, and the bartender wasn't knowledable about selections - hubby had to talk to the Manager to see if they had Weiss). Parking is difficult. That being said - we loved the food, and would definitely go back.

The food was good, a mix between a sports bar and restaurant. I took my granddaughters who were visiting from Germany. The Schnitzel was good, the Cordon Bleu and American version of it.

As a German Restaurant owner and my first time here, I will be back. The feel is more modern brew pub than German restaurant, evident from the extensive craft beer tap wall and the American Brewpub menu. I tried the lunch Jaegerschnitzel which was much different from how we make it in our restaurant, but very very tasty. There is nothing wrong with being heavy on the American options. It's how German restaurants survive in America. We do the same.

This is a big local for a casual lunch or dinner. There is plenty of tables or stood on the bar. Service is not fast. But for me is perfect because I always need more time check the whole menu. In this place I did not feel the rush to order, eat and leave the table. They have a huge beer variety and to check the menu you have to scan a QR code. I liked it, because you can browse according with the type of beer. Since I don’t know many beers, this kind of menu helped me to pick something that I liked. To eat we had the wurst ( sausages), the waiter explained me that usually people order the German Brateruts and I followed the advise and ordered that and the pecan for second option. The dish included two sides. I got the sauerkraut and the red cabbage. Wurst were full of flavor, my favorite was the German Brateruts, and then sides were amazing between tangy and citric perfect match for sausages. I think this place is a good option if you are in the mood for a good beer and a casual dinner.

It wasn't what we were expecting but in a good way. The whole establishment was clean in its design, decor, and set up. It was much larger on the inside then expected. The food was delicious and the price didn't break the bank. Our waitress Oliva helped me pick between the handful of Main meals I wanted to try, and brought my husband some samples of the many beers they had on tap, his favorite was the Golden Drake. We ordered the fried pickles, carbonara, and Rhettas Schnitzel which was all delicious. We can't wait to go back!

This is my favorite German restaurant in the greater Houston area. I enjoy the weinerschnitzel with red cabbage and German fried potatoes. The bar with over 100 beers on tap is impressive to see lit up. However, I miss the different colored lights they used to have. I visited again and requested the colored lights, and they turned them on for us.

I entered the place in search of a hamburger. I didn't feel like entering because I wasn't so flashy from the outside, not even looking out the glass. But once I entered I found something totally different from what I thought. First of all, Manager Jordan received me and answered all the questions I asked him before entering. Much applause for that great service. Second, the place is quite spacious and familiar. You can choose to sit outside, as it takes place to enjoy the tranquility of its surroundings, the sun if it is day and the stars if you go by night. And very importantly, they are pet lovers. If you prefer to be inside there are several comfortable sections for sitting, chatting with friends or family. It has a wide bar and the most impressive thing is that it has about 102 draft beers to choose from and along with the same 9 TV screens for you to enjoy your favorite sport. But on the recommendation of bartender Patricia, for the first time I tried the whiskey "Baby Blue, by Balcones" and I was impressed. The smell, its body and taste is not limited to any good description you can give it and the excellent service of the bartender, Jolyn, was perfect. The music ... I felt like I was in a native place, not because of the typical music, but because of the great atmosphere, I listen to everything, but today there was soft rock, although you don't like rock you will love the place. As for the food, I ordered a wings. Very delicious in itself. The only detail is that before ordering, they told me that 10 wings were in the order and they only gave me 8. I asked Jolyn again and he said yes, there are 10 wings. I see him dialogue with the Manager and then he tells me to wait a moment for the other wings. Between tango I drink in a glass of water with lemon and I hope ... back they brought me 3 wings 🤦‍♂️😁. But there were no apologies. Error or not, I advise that you always be aware of what you order. Otherwise, I recommend the place and I will ask for the wings to see if it was a mistake or custom. Apart from, I recommend the place. Very good. but always alert. I was going to give it 5 stars but not until I confirmed the issued wings, LOL

Mixture of German and American foods. German food selection is limited, but taste is above avg. Great selection of tap beers. Very fun atmosphere. Feels like a low key sports bar.

The food here is decent and the portions are great (usually enough to have some leftovers. The best part of this restaurant is the bartenders they always give you fast, friendly service.

On my first visit I had the Boudin balls, while not traditional German they were quite good. No complaints there. On this visit I Had a bowl of the Hungarian Goulash, which happened to be excellent if a bit stringy. Of course, using beef tips in a slow cooked dish that is expected and not a disappointment. The flavor was great and it was filling. The slices of wheat toast was an interesting choice, pumpernickel would have been more appropriate but it was excellent. Ambiance is good and it made for a quiet quick and solo lunch. I'm looking forward to eating here again.

First time here. Visiting from out of town and was very pleased with the beer selection. At least 90 beers on tap and I'm sure others offered in bottles or cans. Didn't eat as I was only looking for drinks, but food items looked good. Service was quick and friendly.
