TooJay's is celebrating 35 years in business and it's no wonder they've been so successful. Almost no other restaurant in the Orlando area has such an enormous amount of deli selections and desserts as TooJay's.
Really enjoyed it!! The loaded latkes were good! Love the fact they put muenster (my fave) cheese on their items. Their desserts looked soo good i wish we saved room! Definitely give this place a try!!
I love their chicken salad. I usually have to get a fix of it. I also enjoy the kids meals available. They have a chicken salad that is wonderful. I don't think this restaurant is only one "$" sign. I usually walk out with a bill over $40 for my family of 4...
Not Jewish or Kosher: Too good food.. One reason I live here is I'm a 5 minute walk from a NY Diner. I lived with other Jews like me in Queens and LI for my first 47 years. I love getting my corned-beef on rye fix at this NY embassy. It is a very comfortable and enjoyable place to eat any dish you would order in a NY diner or "Jewish Deli". Service sometimes good, food delicious, and big portions. Bread and pickles unlimited for the asking. My wife and ex-girl-friends did not like it. However, they are Floridians. Some times they don't serve your food for as long as 40 minutes. Every time my partner complains about their really bad awful service, you get free meal tickets. Do they have too many people named "Jay" there? I did not see any magpies on the menu, but would not want to. Their name may be for the snow-birds, but it is a warm.... (uh oh yeah it is FL) ....COOL place! I know this review is corny. I do not like anything corn except Corned beef.
A great jewish deli. With plenty of choices to choose from, its no surprise that you can find both great, good and so-so on their menu. However, hold back some room for a spectacular desssert or so. My favorite are the half and half cookies (black and whites). Save room for 3 of them.. shortbread and frosting, can you go wrong?
The service is always consistent, the menu is plentiful in selection and they have a great greek dressing that is not given enough credit. If you leave here still hungry, then you must not have ordered.
Good Deli. Good deli sandwiches, service can be slow during peak hours.
Home-Style Cooking. I really enjoy their foods and I frequent the place but I must say, there is nothing "Kosher" about it and should not be associated with the word. They also have good soups., especialIy their beef cabbage. I do not like their bagels that much. They are too chewy and fat. They are not a New York water bagel, that is for sure.
They do carry "kosher" meats, but it is really a "kosher-style" restaurant.
I would and have recommended this chain.
You will not find a restaurant deli style with everything in it that will satisfy all. I ahve had amny of their sandwiches and never have had to send one back. They mnay be a little pricey, but what isn't now a days.
Keep up the good work.

Good Deli Food. Good deli food here. The sandwiches are great with ample portions. The desserts are to "die for." A great place for lunch or to meet a friend for a bite to eat. The sandwich reigns supreme here.
Huge menu, huge sandwich. This is one of those restaurants that I forget about until I go in, order a sandwich, and think, "Why don't I come here more?"
I typically order one of the NYC style sandwiches (Reuben, pastrami, corned beef, etc.) and am always satisfied. It's fresh, piled very high with quality meat, and can be accompanied by a large selection of sides. Additionally, they sell a fantastic "black & white" cookie which caps things off nicely - if you have the room.

I had lunch at TooJay's yesterday. I have to admit that they generally have consistently pretty good food there, I've eaten there quite a few times (Lake Mary, FL location). Yesterday I had the Chicken Caprese sandwich. I nice-sized portion of chicken bre
