Good food and friendly service. You get what you expect here. They don't have great wine or beer but the thai food is good. The servers are authentic and polite. Even though it is in Lake Oswego, it isnt extra fancy or anything but they do seem to have some patrons that are a little too aware of themselves. Not a private experience at all, actually a little loud. Over all a good place to go to lunch with a parent or something...
Although Dang's has terrific food, they have the worst service I have ever had. My mom and me didn't get helped for a solid hour and when we tried to get someone's attention, they ignored us. I really enjoy Dang's presentation of their food and their taste but I don't go to the restaurant anymore because I get such bad service ever time I go there. I hate giving bad reviews but my experience at Dang's was just plain bad.
Every time we come to Dangs, we have always had good food and service.
The food is prepared well and not to hard on your pocketbook, considering the size of the portions.
They have a pretty good variety of wines to pick from.
We feel that Dang's is well worth your hard earned after tax dollars.

Consistently good. This is one of my favorite Thai places in the Portland area. I've enjoyed the flavors of everything I've ever tried here, and I've tried a lot. I've never been disappointed by any of the rotating specials or appetizers, and some of them are amazing. High points for presentation also. Busy place, and can be noisy at times, so if you're seeking a quiet atmosphere, carefully choose your time.

It's okay but Dang I wish it was better!. As noted in some other reviews I've written about Thai restaurants in the Portland area - so many to choose from, so why settle for just "good"?
I can't say I disliked the place - clean, good service, but the food was just okay. No reason to rally the troops and come back when there are so many other Thai places that I have yet tried. Overall, a 3 out of 5.
The bussier the better it is. Too be honest, I have not had good luck on Tuesday's but on a packed Friday night it screams "KILLER FOOD" and great service. I love how everything is so fresh. I am a chef and their Chicken Stay's are better then mine (so I stole their recipe). I even love their cat fish. The staff is friendly and it is one of the restaurants that all of my kids will eat at. Which is a real challenge sometimes with the youngest being 9 and the oldest 18.

Best Phad Kee Mao EVER!. When I was studying at Lewis and Clark I ate here everyday, sometimes twice a day. The Phad Kee Mao is the best I have ever had. I drive out of my way to eat here and often get take out to cart back to Hood River for dinner. This place is so, so good.

Best Thai on West Coast. My wife and I have tried many Thai restaurant's and this one is hands down the best we have ever experienced together. Myself, I have been a Thai addict for over 20 years and have never enjoyed Thai food this much.

Many stars. On the basis of two visits, I'd have to call it the best and most interesting Thai food I've had in Portland. Beef with green curry was extraordinary, and my wife had a salmon dish that was just spectacular. Wish I lived closer to Lake Oswego....
It's my favorite Thai place around. Worth the drive. The chili chicken is my favorite dish. Love their curry and Koa tender beef. Everything is good!
From the street it didn't look exciting. On recommendation of a friend, we tried it. Very high quality, flavorful food. Nice on the inside than the outside. Nice friendly service. Fine in our take out. Fast and fresh. Never disappointed.
Fast. I sat down at 5:15, was quickly served, and finished eating at 5:45pm. The place was busy but not crowded. Lots of to-go orders out the door. Family style share dishes. Large menu.
Food is well-portioned to price (maybe even a bit much), great tasting. Good spice/heat levels. Casual or great business lunch place idea. Never been here before, but it wasn't disappointing in any area.
I was the regular customer there around 1998-2006. Food is great. Thai chili is super spicy. Fortune cookie after meal is fun to read. I remember the owner lady is very friendly to me and my girlfriend. Highly recommended!
Great lunch experience. I can only attest to the Red Chicken Curry but the special’s menu looked great. Of course, a Thai iced tea always compliments any given day.
Always amazing Thai food - perhaps one of the very best in a city full of amazing Thai! You can't really go wrong with anything you order here and the menu is extensive.
We have eaten here multiple times when the restaurant was open for indoor dining. Food was always amazing. Got takeout for the first time a couple weeks ago. The food was ready when we got there to pick it up about 30 minutes later and portions were very big and the food tasted great as always.
I'd say Dang's is a cut above the majority of the Thai spots in the Portland area. Good size servings, great flavor, reasonably fast service for takeaway.
Super yummy!! I had the salmon panang curry which was super delicious. You could taste how fresh the green beans were and the sauce was to die for. My hubby had the cashew nut chicken which had a bit of a twist on any we've had before. It was super delicious! I'm really excited to come back and try some more.
The place is clean and the service is excellent. I tried 2 appetizers and one entry and all of them taste good. The restaurant is located close to my fav park! so I stop by after a walk !

Ordered Mango Prawns and Pad Thai chicken noodles medium spicy (on line take out), and it was simply fabulous!!! We have also has this as a “dine in” option as well. Very generous portions and favorable pricing. Solid choice for great quality Thai food, dine in or take out! Always pleased with the quality of food! 5 stars all the way.
Dang's is absolutely delicious. We've tried a variety of dishes each time we've gone, and they're all amazing. Spice is on point. I recommend it to anyone in Lake Oswego who loves Thai food. Family style is the way to go if you can, so you can try a bunch of dishes!
