Plain simple it is the best "fast food" restaurant in the Portland area. Is it the cheapest? No. Is it the best? Yes. Everything is always fresh, you get nice crispy chips, and they have a great selection of free salsa. And service is always outstanding.
Baja Fresh is totally awesome. For slightly more than Taco Bell, you get fresh made food that is never lacking in flavor. It's all fresh and delicious. And the staff here are super nice and friendly. I can order the fajitas and it's enough for 2 meals.
This location is hands down my favorite Baja Fresh location. The staff is always friendly and your order is typically ready shortly after you claim a table when dining in or after you grab some salsa to go. Order online for pickup every couple of weeks. One burrito is enough for two days of lunch. Convenient to office, rarely a wait.

I tried an enchilada plate which turned out delicious! The meat was really tasty, and the salad dressing was amazing, vinaigrette dressing. Sauce on enchiladas was good too!
