We really enjoy making this our local Taco Tuesday spot! It is good authentic Mexican food. I can’t get enough of the salsa and chips! And great margaritas! I really enjoy the top shelf margarita. We recently tried the tortilla soup. It is some of the best soup I’ve ever had! Came out fresh and hot with super fresh avocado, cilantro, and tasty chicken. We also enjoyed the shrimp cocktail served chilled for the first time. A very tasty sauce in it perfect for dipping. Our other go-tos are the fajitas and quesadillas. Comfortable booths for sitting. It is a nice experience when we are able to sit by the fireplace and they turn it on for us indoors. Perfect for a cold, rainy night. We love this spot and friendly staff!

We had a nice dinner here - service was spot on and the food was good. We all appreciated the generous chips and salsa with nice kick to it. We had a good cross section of food, flautas, chimichangas, tacos, burritos, etc. All were good and traditional. We also had margaritas on the rocks, frozen (blended, not frozen) and blackberry. All were as ordered and very tasty.

I have been coming to this location, off and on, for years now. I haven't seen any noticeable change in quality, even if prices have obviously gone up . . . as they have everywhere (see below). I also can't speak for take-out orders, not to the occasional (and expected) 'off' night. First off, the wait staff are always incredibly friendly. They are able to sit and serve a larger group with no issues and smiles on their faces. Food arrives promptly. Chips and drinks are refilled quickly. Dietary requests and substitutions are easily granted. Second, the food is what I would call 'traditional' American Mexican food. Nothing is very authentic. Servings are large. While most dishes are flavorful, I would not suggest that they are exceptional. For the price (which is not as high as some suggest, given all the obvious reasons), you will not leave hungry (and might even have another meal if the items you ordered will hold up well). Basically, if you come in with realistic expectations, you won't leave disappointed. I'd always choose Corona, a local chain, over a bigger regional or national one (one of which used to be located at this very site). The service and quantity of food make up for any obvious issues . . . many of which would relate to expecting too much of a restaurant that very much advertises itself as exactly what it is (and is not).

We popped in on a random Monday. Pleasant staff and the food was pretty good! While it seems a touch on the spendy side, I 100% think it's worth it for the service and food combo. Our server was probably one of the best I've had, and the rest of the staff matched it.

Friendly service. We had a large crowd and the waiter managed our crowd fairly well, he did a good job.

They almost ended up with 4x stars vs 5x from me merely b/c their pricing was a little high although I do consider it to be an actual nice Mexican restaurant versus a quick pick place, so I get why the pricing is a little higher than I would like...but in the end their service was so good , they deserved the 5th star. I will start off by saying their drinks are above par considering they are all made by hand with fresh ingredients vs using pre-mix and you can clearly tell the difference. They are quality beverages and DELICIOUS!! Strawberry lemonade was hella good too and also made fresh. I got the steak enchiladas. The rice and beans were bomb. The enchiladas were really good too. Plenty of flavor and serving size ended up being now than it looked. The wife and I both ended up with leftovers and I will say that the next day it was even better! The wife order the chili Verde enchiladas and if I wasn't trying to not eat pork anymore I would've gone with it b/c it was tender, juicy and just packed with flavor and goodness...I did take a bite b/c she was adamant I try it. I'll admit we were skeptical at first but when we it was all said and done we were fat, full and happy! No room for dessert though!

Very delicious food. My husband had the steak fajitas and I had the chicken flautas. Our waiter was absolutely amazing and gave us complimentary churros and when my husband asked for a second margarita he topped up mine as well free of charge. Service was a little slow so make sure you’re prepared for that but otherwise it made no impact on our experience!
