Being from the East, I was unfamiliar with this chain, but glad I have discovered it! We dropped in for a late lunch and were warmly greeted by a young man who could not have been any more personable and helpful! ( He deserves a raise for outstanding customer service!) Service was speedy too. Got a delicious ham and cheese sandwich. Plentiful ingredients and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. Best of all was the fabulous house baked bread, crisp crust and tender inside . The sandwiches were generously sized so that I had enough left for another meal....love that! I don't normally find chains worthy of five stars but this one is. I will be on the lookout for Potbellies when I travel!

Great sandwiches for a great price, my only complaint is that they close at 7pm. I have gone there twice and the first time it was 7:30pm and I had no chance, the place was dark and there was no one in site. The second time I got there and it was 6:50pm, so thankfully I was actually able to get sandwiches that time and they were delicious. I always look forward to when I get to eat food from here, it's all fresh and made right then and there.

The food here has been great. I've been 3 times now, with just one off experience with an employee who wasn't paying much attention to the orders. But otherwise we have had no problems here and will be going back for more delicious subs.

Everything is amazing EXCEPT the salads. Was really disappointed. I feel like it was maybe not as fresh as it should be. Soups, sandwiches and even the cookies are phenomenal. I even tried a vanilla avocado milkshake that was surprisingly tasty and creamy. Definitely worth it.

The taste of Potbelly sandwiches is always on par. They use quality ingredients and toast their subs perfectly. I've always liked the various meats I've tried and prefer the Wreck as my fav sub. The issues I have with PB are that the prices continually raise in a pretty short amount of time in being in business, I've seen the prices increase at this location 3 times. The cost of a drink is outrageous. Way above a competitor's cost. Chips, however are reasonably priced. I like their points reward system through the app as well, but it can be a bit finicky depending on the cashier running the scanner. It's a nice way to earn points toward free eats though. The other issue is the shear lack of topping options, especially vegetables. No green peppers, no olives, no sprouts, minimal spreads/dressings...it's just low on variety when it comes to complimentary add-ons. Sometimes that helps the flavors pop more with less on the sandwich but I prefer to have more veggies added to my subs than they offer. Something to keep in mind.

Great little sandwich shop that can be easily missed due to it's somewhat hidden location. Having eaten at many Potbelly locations throughout the Midwest I was excited to see Potbelly had made it's way out west. Sandwiches are filling and the location is clean and well kept. Staff is pleasant and caters to your needs as a customer. Great option for anyone looking for something different than your normal Subway type sandwich. If you save room for dessert try the coffee shake! Sandwich wise I would recommend the Chicken and Cheddar.

Employees are always nice at remembering returning customers by saying “welcome back”. The food is amazing. My favorite is the Italian with extra peppers (they even have their own brand of hot peppers which they sell in stores as well). The dining is great as they keep the cleanliness to a max.

Huge fan of the "Wreck"! The sandwiches fall on the high side of average but not by too much. The staff are very nice and fun. I like the atmosphere and there is a nice area outside if the weather is nice. It's never too crowded and even if you go during peak hours I am in and out in less than 5 minutes. They sometimes have live music by way of an individual on a guitar and singing. Very fun.

I had the "Wreck". It was perfectly toasted, the toppings were applied to my order, and it was crunchy and tasty as could be. It's a cozy-feeling place with the most beautiful food. It beats the Expedient Sandwich Shop by a mile.

Love the sandwiches & Chocolate chip Oatmeal cookies, both big & small. They were out of the bags of cookies when I was there. But when I mentioned that I lived pretty far away. The server offered to bake some off & bag them for me.

Great alternative to something like Togo's and definitely several steps higher than say a Subway. I got the low calorie version sandwich with turkey and cheese. They basically core out the bread and leave most of the crust, which actually turned out pretty good. Toasted, the sandwich was crisp and all that bread didn't get in the way of the flavor of the turkey and cheese.
