I ordered a Cluck sandwich today, and it was horrible. There was almost zero sauce on it, and the two pickles were just slapped on it, the sandwich had almost no taste. It didn't look anything like the photograph I saw on your website. There were no tomatoes. There were no strips of bacon. There was no lettuce. Just a chicken patty, a spot of sauce, and two pickles. Horrid!
Honestly, the quality of your Cluck sandwich was about equivalent to a junior high school cafeteria lunch.

My burger was soggy... I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger meal and a chocolate shake. That was the first time I have eaten at j&b since I moved to lake stevens... the customer service was slow, which isn't their fault, that is managements fault and quit over working your two employees you have. Hire more people for help. There were 2 cars a head of me waiting for their food too. Smh...

Initial customer service was abrupt and not very friendly. Was told to pull over and wait for our order. They ended up charging my mom to get a crispy chicken patty. We waited for quite a while. A lady who was very nice asked us what our order was. I told her about the charge for the crispy patty. She refunded us back for that and we got our order soon after. Not sure I'll be back.

Fast and friendly staff. They keep the drive thru line moving and the food is what you'd expect from a fast food burger place.

Only came for the curly fries and the shake and got French fries and this thing. Why y’all gotta do my post work flow like that?

Even though on general Jack in the box is one of my favorite fast food restaurants this particular location seems to have a lot of trouble. Most visits they have extremely slow service and their shake machine is rarely working. Also please change your chicken strips back to original recipe.

Twice now I've gotten the late night munchie box and the food was literally inedible, the chicken patty was more like a hockey puck than a chicken patty. Rock solid and chewy, the fries were stale and The tacos were drenched in grease. All this after waiting for an extended period of time at the window, which I wouldn't mind if my food was even remotely fresh, but for the second time, it wasn't. I'm done going to this Jack in the box until they either hire people who will actually bother to make fresh food when you order it or change the deal to be earlier in the day so you're not just getting all the stuff that they made but didn't sell at the end of the night.
