Good Wendy's location. They often get busy, but are always keeping the line moving. I wouldn't say they have the best customer service. More often than not they kinda throw the food out the window at you. But hey, they get the job done!
Very hit or miss on terms of the person taking your order. The guy we had in the drive thru wasn't nice at all, but the lady on the speaker next to us sounded super sweet and genuine. Food is still Wendy's though, no problems there :)
Came here for some good old July 4th American food. The cashier at the drive thru was very polite and professional. Food came quick and tasted fresh, the fries were great. They even pushed down the button indicating “cola” on the cap of my drink which blew me away. Inside of the store was clean. One
Good food but the employees don’t seem to know what’s going on anymore. Simple adjustments I used to make to my meal seem to become more and more complicated. This seems like a situation where management needs to step up and properly train staff.
We live in lake stevens and vist this wendy's quite often. We have a big family so our orders are usually pretty big. They always get them right even when there super busy. I feel they are one of the better fast food establishment in lake stevens.

Good food, courteous staff. Dining area could have been a little cleaner. Staff should offer the paper receipt and mention the survey with complimentary sandwich.
It was faster than the rest of the area this week and was exactly what was ordered. Forgot to ask for napkins for 8 year old but they already even had those added. Thank you Wendy's
