Good sub shop. Good people. For some reason I thought the giant would be somehow not giant and it turns out, the giant size is giant.

I ordered a #9 which I know is supposed to have bacon on it but apparently your crew working tonight doesn’t. I don't mind paying $11 for a wrap but not if I don't get everything I paid for on it. 🤔

Came in at 2:00 and there were three employees and not a single customer in the store. I stood at the order counter for FOUR minutes while every employee actively and deliberately ignored me. Was my first time in and I will be unlikely to ever return.

Ordered take out cold sand which — bottom bread on both were soaked in gosh knows what. Top bread would have broken a tooth if you attempted to eat it. Feed it to the dog minis the bread - what a waste - not the first time - but will be the last time for me anyhow.

The manager here is awful. She is rude to her staff and customers. Making rude remarks and embarrassing her employees ruined my dinning experience. Felt awful for one teenage boy who was ridiculed in front of a dozen customers. This use to be my go to sub shop and I don’t see myself dinning here eve

Never had to wait for an order to be ready, super fast service and friendly employees. LOVE the bread they use, and the bacon for BLTs is ALWAYS super crispy and well done, never floppy and fatty. Love this place!
