If I can give this place ZERO STARS I would! I placed an order online thru Uber eats so that I can go in get my stuff and leave. I get there check my bag it’s missing two items but I still got charged the full amount. I ask the owner why wasn’t the price adjusted if they didn’t have the product? He replies wit “ let the customer deal with it you’re just the Uber driver “ lol wrong I am the customer!!! Shady if you tell me! His gf chimes in and says “ discussion is over” and not nicely but rude and where the hell is the customer service? So I told her I just need clarification on why I’m still being charged for something I don’t have. She tells me to mind my business the customer has to deal with it! Rude rude rude!!!! Please take your money somewhere else they’re crooked and rude!

the store is currently out of large coffee cups so I am forced to choose either a medium or an extra large which is not ideal. I usually visit every morning around 6:30 a.m. and typically there is coffee available but one day this week when there was a female checker alone in the store there was barely one pot available for use

I am a 7/11 employee and I came to this local 7/11 to check it out on my way home from work. I bought a meat stick that had expired 2 years ago and the employee refused to give me a refund or exchange and kept asking how it was his problem. Would not return. Come visit mine in Monroe lol.
EDIT: Over the past few months my experiences here have completely turned around. The new employees that work during the night are extremely polite and professional. As a door dash driver they are a pleasure to work with.

Employees are middle eastern not good English but very nice. Guy made me fresh pizza and was busy but friendly. I kindly waited. They can mistaken for bad attitude as they don't know alot of english but i don't mind i always get what i need and always get a thank you. I always go to 711 on my days off for coffee. I prefer the gas station style coffee over Starbucks.

My wife bought a soft drink there last week and was cleverly shortchanged by the counter person. Avoid shopping here and count your change carefully if you do. Other reviews report shortchanging also, so buyer beware!

There was a really nice gal that worked in the mornings she was always on top of things. I came in every morning to get a hotdog she always made sure there was a couple ready to go. But now that they took her off the day shift the morning service sucks bad no more morning hotdogs and today I was going to have a fountain drink and there was no ice, the guy working said there was ice in the freezer I looked but I’m not getting ice from a bag that other people put their grubby hands in. I’m done with this store.

They clearly hired better more friendly employees. Every time I come in, the guy behind the counter is super smiley and welcoming. Exactly the way a 7 11 should be.
