Was great as always. The parking lot was full. And the place was packed, but they had a table for us in less than 10 min.
The food was awesome as always..our server Madison was awesome, funny, smiling and having fun with us.
As busy as she was always checked on us and when we refilled our drinks she took the empty glasses with her, didn't leave them on the table like others did in the past.
Excellent food. Seasoned to perfection. Got the salmon and a cheeseburger, and it feels like I made it at home. Love it when a restaurant feels like home cooking. Got the food to-go and we had everything in there and didn’t have to send anything back.
Had about a 10 minute wait and then we were seated. Food was good but the service was stellar. Our server, Stephanie, was amazing. Very friendly, diligent, kept checking in on us throughout and was as pleasant as can be. It was a busy night and I kept noticing her running around taking care of the other customers as well. Truly 5 star service at this Chillis!
First I have to say it was some of the best and fastest service I have had at a restaurant in a long time but boy let me tell you about the food. My wife and I always get the triple dipper appetizer to start , I don’t know why though because by the time my wife gets her main course she takes two bites and is full but this time she had no time to get full off the appetizer because the food came out just as fast as our appetizer. For our mains I had the bacon ranchero burger and she had the honey chipotle chicken crispers my burger was top notch it slapped so good my wife took a bite of it and was floored with how juicy and flavorful it was the juice was just dripping she said her chicken crispers were so good that they slapped her in all the right places. We have a chilis in our town about an hour south but it is not as good as the lake wales location and I would be willing to make the hour again for quality.

Some of the fastest service we've ever had at a sit down restaurant. Our appetizers were out within 2 minutes of ordering our food (we both had the trio). The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices were very reasonable for a sit down place. The restaurant layout is odd and the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.
No wait on a busy Saturday afternoon! Service was excellent, drinks and food arrived fast, and server was very attentive despite having many tables which is extremely rare to find nowadays. My burger was cooked to a beautiful medium well which I couldn’t be happier about. If you can’t decide on a margarita, I highly recommend getting the El Niño, Casamigos, Henny’rita, or presidente. I will definitely be coming back to this location!
My wife and I have visited this Chili's a half dozen times or so and the food has always been outstanding. We have yet to sit in the regular dining area, instead choosing to always sit in the bar area. The service is always fast and attentive while the food has never failed to impress.
We had a great dinner meal and the service was outstanding. Our server Stella was very attentive to our table and really made our experience worth the stop. The food tasted great!
What can I say? Thank God for Chili's. location is great. Close proximity from my home. It's my go-to for drinks and food with friends or just with the family or kiddos. There is something for everyone.. love the Alex Santa fe burger with slices of avocado, lettuce and tomatoes. Yummm..spicy
Took home , but the steak was excellent, and mashed potatoes & new white Mac & cheese was a great tasting choice, thank you chilli's
