Excellent donuts and excellent holes and excellent sprinkles and excellent moles. If I had a dollar for every drink they offered would be the next king of Siam. Wonderful donuts bring life to the stomach bugs who delight in the mushy sugar dripping wonderment that results. Sheenana the manager was exceptionally perked as well as all her staff. Free coffee for everyone!!!!
This location is always solid. A frequent regular coming here for a while now. Most of the employees know my name. Always very nice staff. Coffee is always fresh as well as the food.

Anytime I go in there for my coffee fix not only is Nicole polite and attentive but the whope team effortlessly works to get every order perfect. Never had a bad experince here and I highly recommend it to anyone.
Mobile order and touchless payment. Items were hot and tasty as promised. No drive thru, but still quick service.
Excellent iced coffee, if you get the Dunkin app (to work), they have great deals! The only thing I don't like is when they are out of a certain flavor & you mobile order through the app, you might not get what you prepaid for, which sucks if you're on your way to work, you don't have time for them to make something else!
Everything went well!! The only thing is that the business hours said on Google 24hours and is not true. They're inside a Walmart that closed at 10pm.
It's unfortunate that service and quality are not consistent throughout the chain. One location that gets the highest marks for consistency is this location. The staff is friendly and on the ball, beverages are consistently made, and food products always fresh and hot when appropriate. I will go out of my way to visit this location over any other that may be closer.
This is by far the BEST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly. When I finish my shopping at Walmart I stop by to get an ice coffee..I believe one young lady is the manager she already starts making my coffee before I even get my order in. They all rate a 5star on my opnion. Go to Dunkin in Walmart on hwy 60 in Lake Wales..The BEST!

I should have written this review ages ago! This Dunkin is my home branch and by far my favorite franchised location! The prices are reasonable! The coffee is always a slam dunk and they will remake it if You are not satisfied! They even remade me a coffee that I spilled once!! The management, and the staff are truly wonderful on a daily basis and always hook up a great coffee with the right balance of milk to coffee or latte! The donuts are usually very fresh! It is also 24 hrs which is a plus!
The Dunkin app does work here, FYI. I ordered a cold brew when I parked & it was ready before I even entered Wal Mart. Good cold brew coffee and quick service!
Service was fast. First time eating breakfast. It was delicious. I have not bought dounuts in a while. The sterilizer over powers the taste of the food. The donut was soft and very tasty. We will be back.
