10/10 all across the board. The atmosphere they have created is so beautiful/inviting and very peaceful. The food is so good, you really get a taste of Italy. Also the fact that they have an entire menu that is gluten free.... I have never seen such a broad selection (My wife was very happy). Definitely returning in the near future.

It was a Wednesday night and we were in the area and looking for an Italian restaurant, so we decided to try out Fiorella Italian Restaurant based on their good reviews. We were surprised to find that the restaurant was packed on a Wednesday, but we thought, "Hey, this place must be great if this many people want to eat here!" Unfortunately, we were wrong.
First, the customer service was awful. When we walked inside, there was no hostess at the stand, but there were 3 other groups waiting to put their names down on the list. We all stood there for quite some time until a hostess finally appeared. A server also came over and started flailing his arms around and telling people to "get out of the doorway because they were letting out all of the air conditioning".
After we were seated, it took quite a while before our server came over to us. Once he did, we ordered our food and received our salads fairly quickly, but then, we waited for our entrees. And waited. And waited. And waited. We timed it. We didn't see our server again for 40 minutes. I take that back, we DID see him, but he was only interested in helping the other larger parties. I suppose the larger tips were more appealing to him and he just didn't have the time for a measly table of three(?). All of our attempts to flag him down went unnoticed. We had run out of water and were dying of thirst, so we flagged down a different server who kindly sent someone to bring us some water. Tables that had been seated after us (in a different server's area) were already eating and finishing up their meals while we just sat, waiting. After waiting some more time, I finally got up to walk towards the kitchen to see what was going on. Our server came out of the kitchen and gruffly said, "I know, I'm still waiting on your food.", so I sat back down and waited. And waited. After 50 minutes, he finally appeared with our food. There was no apology, no offer of a discount for the ridiculous amount of time the food took, no free beverage for our wait, just, "Here you go." I've worked in the restaurant business and this is not the professionalism one would expect.
The food itself was also disappointing. The portion sizes were huge which, based on the older demographic that mostly occupied the restaurant, I'm guessing most people loved, but QUANTITY does not equal QUALITY. I ordered the Salmon Piccata and it was DROWNING in some kind of red sauce with tons of overcooked spinach below it. Definitely not the "light lemon butter wine sauce" that it should have been in. We also ordered the Linguini Frutta di Mare. The seafood did not taste fresh at all.
The two good things this restaurant had going for it were the attentive bussers who cleared away our plates quickly and brought us more bread and the singer that was hired for the entertainment. He was very talented. Sadly, those are two things are not enough for me to recommend anyone to come here and we will definitely not be back.

Delicious New York style Italian food here in Florida! I've tried just about everything on the menu and I'm NEVER disappointed. The chicken fiorella is my favorite, but any of their dishes will leave you with a smile and a full stomach without breaking the bank. Not feeling like a big meal? Get a pizza and you won't be disappointed either!

Atmosphere was nice on one half of the restaurant. Then they had some guy singing really loud in the other half which was a bit much. Service was very slow. Server was nice but barely touched our table. They definitely cater to the senior crowd. Meatballs were cold in the middle, that tells me they were microwaved and they weren't very good taste wise. Garlic bread was fresh and very good. Salads were fresh. Chicken dinners were good and flavorful. Pasta is served al dente so be warned. I timed my stay and it took 2 hours in and out. Like I said very slow but if you want to have a slow meal maybe it's for you.

Just went for dinner here. Party of 5. Reservation was for 7:30. Got seated at 7:45 (not too bad). Placed order at 8pm. Got one round of drinks from waitress. Rest of drink orders came from busboys. Served our food at 9:30. Salad was not correct. Eggplant was raw. Meatballs were cold. Pasta was just okay. Absolutely nothing special about it. Very disappointed would not recommend this place to anyone

April 2022, came here with a group of friends and we sat in the side room were they had a guy singing Motown hits. He had a great voice and the music wasn't loud which we appreciated, our table even sang along with some of the songs. Now our server was fantastic, she really took great care of us, I think her name was Fiorellas? But anyway, plus the staff was great they made sure our plates were cleaned up quickly. The food was good, I just ordered the Personal Size 10 inch pizza that was good. My friend ordered the Eggplant Rollatini that came with pasta and a salad, she said it was delicious. Honestly, everyone at our table enjoyed their meals and service. Some side notes, you could pay cash or if you paid with a credit card there is an extra fee. We paid cash because I hate paying that extra fee. There is plenty of parking outside the restaurant, and plenty of seating inside and they even have a few tables outside. All and all, we look forward to coming back here in the future and sitting in the side room with the entertainment as long as they keep the music low.

Fiorella and staff went above and beyond for my daughter Samantha’s baby shower today! Food was delicious staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful party room! Wonderful experience. I highly recommend Fiorellas for dinner as well as family gatherings! Thank you so much!!

Very nice restaurant. Currently they do offer outdoor seating because of covid which is much appreciated. They offer many Italian specialties. For an appetizer I enjoyed their calamari and also enjoyed a piece of my wife's eggplant rollatini. House salad with vinaigrette. For the main course I ordered veal parmigiana over angel hair pasta. Absolutely enormous portion, I really couldn't finish it. All in all highly recommended.

Simply put: not recommended. Contact me for details if you wish at randallsilva15925@comcas…. A great storefront but limited on qualified staff. (Except for Jack). Email me for details. Kids are not so much welcome.Update on 2/21/18: entered the store in an attempt to see if improvements were addressed. I was met at the entrance by "Fiorella" and asked to leave for "leaving a bad review". Are you serious? I extend an olive branch and a stubborn owner still can't accept constructive criticism. 1 Star is now negative 10 stars. Folks: please continue to email me for details.

Pizza was disappointing but food is usually good. I have eaten here several times and have always had good food. The service is iffy... But usually pretty good food.
Got pizza for the first time last night. The crust was so thin, the toppings and cheese were sliding right off. It was hard to eat.
Also, their prices aren't the cheapest...

Gluten-free friendly menu. We were pleased to find that they had a fairly large gluten free menu. service was friendly and prompt for our to-go order. we did find it odd though that the baked ziti had peas in it? the reastuarant is located in a little strip mall and they have plenty of seating for small or large parties. it has that old world Italian feel to it and appears to be a family owned establishment.

Disappointment. Had dinner last night at Firorellas. We dine there frequently. The food is wonderful the service was professional but the owner needs to get her act together. I ordered my usual dish but for the first time I was charged over $8.00 for the sauce for my pasta. That is outrageous. When I asked her why this time she said the people who did not charge me before should have been fired. Clam sauce is a staple in Italian restaurants and there should not be an extra charge to have it served to a diner, on pasta that normally does not come with clam sauce. I will not return and she has lost a loyal diner and all of the party that dined wiuth us last evening.

I never new this restaurant existed, because it's in a little strip mall off of Hagen Ranch road, just south of Hypoluxo. Good food, good service good value. It's worth a visit

Great place. Little pricey but worth every penny, penna ala vodka is my favorite

Great pizza and kid friendly. The staff is great and the entrees are always good. Great pizza. Very reasonably priced. A family of 5 can eat for 80 dollars. 150 for two people is wrong.
