I always enjoy visiting local breweries, but Matthews is cut from a different cloth. It just has a different vibe to it as far as decor goes and I mean that in a good way…has a very “Hard Rock” feel to it. The bartender was very friendly and took his time listening to what I drink at home to make a recommendation for me (first timer). I also like that their beer menu was not “overloaded” and many of their options where unbelievably appealing. Had a beer there and took a growler home to share. While I sat at their bar, the outdoor beer garden also looked cozy and inviting! I am already looking forward to going back to try more of their offerings and will do so when one of the local food trucks are there!
Great place for quality beers. Always has live music and delicious food trucks 6 out of 7 Nights.

We recently relocated to Lake Worth Beach from Massachusetts and were VERY impressed with Mathews Brewing Company. Microbreweries were VERY popular in MA and this brewery is very reminiscent of the New England style breweries. The indoor space is very nice and there is ample outdoor seating with 2 stages for performances. There’s also a food truck every day in the event that you want a snack or dinner. We were excited to find a citrusy, hoppy, New England style IPA. I took off one star because my husband can’t have grapefruit due to a medication he is on and when I asked the female bartender if there was grapefruit in a particular beer, she was very gruff and responded, “I can’t possibly know all of the ingredients in all of the beers.” She didn’t offer to find out, she didn’t ask her manager, she just brushed us off. I’ve never been to a brewery where the workers are unaware of what is in the beer they are serving and are unwilling to find out. Hopefully in the future the bartenders can become better educated about the beers they are serving in the event that someone has a medication conflict or food allergy.
I left my wallet at Mathew’s Brewing over the weekend while enjoying the street art fest. I thought I had lost it at the fest and that it was a goner. I got a text from a bartender and the owner the next day saying they had my wallet. My contact info isn’t current online so I know they had to do some crazy detective work to track me down. I wasn’t worried about the contents but the wallet was sentimental. All my cash and cards were still inside when I picked it up.
I’m sure they get a lot of lost cards but I really appreciate the goodness and effort they put into tracking me down! Good peeps.
The atmosphere is amazing, great craft beer and a cute little outdoor seating area where patrons can bring dogs and listen to live music. Thank you Dave and Andi!

What a great watering hole! You get great beer & brewery, great staff, great show (it's a venue to boot), and great 🍲 food... Makes for awesome time always.
Pet 🐶 🙀 & kid 🧒 friendly make a wonderful for all. The large patio with two stages (main and a small second stage. Stone Garden with a water stone.

Always solid brews on tap. Love the Black Metallic nitro stout. Great hints of coffee and chocolate. Also had the Florida Haze which rotates. This was a sour raspberry. Super refreshing on a hot day. Service is always outstanding. Alex was on bar today. He killed it. Great seeing him recommend beers and watch patrons debate the choices. If you like beer, come here. If you love beer, you know the place or you soon will.
