The bagels here are all great options as they’re all pretty good but I still have 2 criticisms. My first complaint is that they can sometimes be on the cheap side when it comes to portions. The bagels themselves are always great but if I want cream cheese on a bagel, their needs to be a certain amount of cream cheese. I might as well just order the bagels and put my own spreads on it if they’re going to be on the cheaper side with them.
My second complaint is the service. Staff can often be on the rude side when it comes to rushing people along with making the orders but then when it comes to actually making the bagels, they’re very slow. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and I had to wait over 15 minutes just for those 2 plain bagels with plain cream cheese. I don’t want to think about how long the wait would’ve been if ordered something with more substance.
Overall not a bad place to go and the food itself is pretty good, but come in knowing what you want and be prepared to wait a bit.

Best bagels in South Florida that I have found. Their Williamsburg bagel sandwich is my favorite.

Terrible couldn’t wait to try this place. Asked for a salt bagel with my tuna salad for rye bagel instead asked for it scooped didn’t scoop. Ordered plain bagels to go got everything …. Is this a joke ??? Understand if you were out but you could have called to check with customer…. I can’t eat seeds waste of money

Ordered half a dozen of bagels and a sandwich on a bialy. When I got home, I realized that I was given the sandwich on a Asiago bagel :(. My son hates Asiago bagels. That pretty much ruined the breakfast and he had to eat cereal 😫

Love the bagels, but the service yikes! On the rude side. Plus last time I went, Ayala (according to my receipt) shorted me two bagels out of a dozen I ordered. The orders right on my receipt, but Ayala got it wrong when she packed up my bagels. Then when she handed me the bag she crumpled up my receipt and threw it in the trash. I asked for it back cuz I was wondering what was going on should have counted my bagels right then. Very disappointed.

Pretty good bagels but they don’t take the care to read your order fully. I ordered extra meat, paid for it, and didn’t get it. I also asked for my eggs fried instead of scrambled. That didn’t happen. The order was done quick though! They saved a lot of time not reading the order.

Got an Asiago bagle with cream cheese. It was really good. They have a good selection of hot and iced coffee. I didn't get any this visit, but I will try some next time.

Rudest customer service I have experienced. Save yourself the call and instead order from Toojay's. Not worth it for the lack of kindness, Toojay's has much better staff on call.

Love you can see the bagel making from start to finish as you walk in. TONS of coffee options and syrups. Bagels taste great and have nice crispy exterior and soft inside. Egg on sandwich delightful, not as keen on sausage. Took about 11 minutes from start to finish getting through. Not bad wait. Very hot food, nothing laying around. Clean seating area, nice outdoor seating as well. A different experience from bagel shop across street. This is more streamlined than other. Less options, more on the go, cheaper.

I like this place... Not loved... The whole wheat everything has been my favorite. The iced coffee is awesome!! BUT it is wayyyyy over priced... $4 for the large.

YES YES YES YES. I'm from Metro NY, NJ area and these bagels are as good as you would get back north. Good variety and well baked. I never got a pale bagel here. Good and chewy the way my family likes them.

NO NO NO NO. Dont bother, you can go across 441 to a REAL bagel store
the bagels from this place are tough & tasteless, its fairly expensive considering the portion size & quality of the food
from 6 visits my order has been wrong 5 times, Owners were there last time, nice enuf but really didnt seem to care if people are happy or not.
Seriously i'd go to einstein bros or Panera before i'd go back here
