I love this place! The food is always good and the employees are wonderful! They are always smiling and ready to help. Honestly this is one of the best red lobster I have ever been to. The food is usually very appealing in appearance even when you get the food delivered. I love their brussel sprouts
Great customer service and friendly staff! We had a larger party for a birthday and they were very accommodating. Was there 50 minutes before closing, I know you should never go before closing. I had to wait at the door for 4 minutes, with staff passing by and saying nothing. Hostess finally came and set me. Great place to relax and enjoy sharing food and drinks! The atmosphere is quiet enough to share conversation and service is prompt and friendly. My Wife's Caesar salad was wilted and had an aftertaste. The rest of the food was excellent.
Customer service was great. Just came there to get some soup togo. They make you feel welcome here. Wish I knew the lady’s name so I can shout her out but nice to experience nice people. Been here a few times and always had positive experience.
