This is your standard McDonald's, but I have to say...the food was really fresh. Fries nice and hot and the Big Mac was really good...super soft bread.
The dining area was laid out kind of different, but nice...the only bad thing, the seating was mostly hard backed. They have some cushioned seats, but they are limited.

Horrible. These people r the worst. They don't talk to u. They make u wait and wait. When they finally give u food, they hand it as they r turning away from u. Rude, nasty. How this place stays in business us beyond me. I would never spend one dime at McDonald's. I was picking up an order. This place is horrible and u can tell they all hate their job. Don't go here

The dining room is now open. The self-serve drink station and the self order kiosks are closed. They've covered up the electrical outlets so you can no longer charge your phone here. If you order on the mobile app, they are extremely fast. The music is jacked up. You haven't heard Julian Lennon or Eric Clapton like this before. For instance, the song is Chris Isaak singing "I never dreamed that I'd love somebody like you", but it skips beats here and there so it says "I never loved somebody like you.". All the songs skip, like when you used to get lint on the record needle. Since this makes each song much shorter, they must be paying a lot in royalties. Music messed up for about a year and six months.

I'm usually happy with the quality of products that are served to me. Now, they do lack in accuracy of order at times. This time, I was given a breakfast sandwich with egg shell in it. 🤢 I have no time to go back, because I go straight to work. 😪

This manager was rude and disrespectful not only to me but to her employees. Ask me what I wanted and then ignored my answer multiple times. Had a blank and disregard and speech and behavior towards employees and then proceeded to blame me for the issues in my order or the issues with the mobile app. There is only one manager at this location that I have an issue with or have ever had an issue with. Service is usually a five-star or above except when this manager works and this manager has refused to give out her name every time I have asked. I've been apologized to by the assistant managers which is not their job and should not have ever happened for her behavior. I would love to report her to corporate however I have still not gotten her name no matter how many times I have asked her for her name. She is completely aware of what she's doing because she has made the obvious choice not to give out her name she knows she will get in trouble when I report her to corporate if you know then you know this woman needs a lesson in customer service and to respect her employees trainees or not.

Worst place to go now for food because of time to wait on drive-through sometimes i drove away. I go back because of my son likes french fries. All i can say McDonald's is not fast food anymore it slow food or waste time food. If you think i am lying, go to McDonald's coner of Boynton Beach blvd and Military trial to see. Good luck

I love the fish sandwich. But hate the micro piece of cheese they use , then is half off the fish hanging outside the bun. So, I have to sound like an a crazy person and pay for a whole slice of cheese and ask to make sure it's not outside the bread. Ridiculous.

I ordered 2 small sunday with oreos and many other things, when I pay I see in the receipt that they only charged me 1 of the sunday and I tell the girl in the window that they made a mistake that they were 2 not 1 And in a very rude way she said that she didn't take orders at the window, and I explained to her that I wasn't trying to order something else but that she had made a mistake because I ordered 2 ice creams no 1 and she turned her back on me and they began to scream from inside they didn't take orders at the window, they aren't professional, and so ignorants. At least I never go back to this macdonald's, they need to learn to take orders and listen to their customers and when they make a mistake instead of screaming solve them in the best way !!!
