I'm tech.-challenged. Wanted the great deal I saw on my smart phone. Timika (counter clerk) patiently showed me how to put the app on my phone, how to use the app to order so I got the deal, and then made my subs. I prefer Subway to the others because the bread is softer, much easier to eat and the price is MUCH better. I personally can't taste the difference between the various cold cuts once they add all the condiments to the sub so why pay for more expensive name brand cold cuts.

Love all their subways.waiting for a good 20 minutes for my turn. One employee only@ 12 noon lunch time When muy turn to order the employee started he cannot accept $50 dollar bill . I had ordered 3 sandwiches and spent for a good 35 minutes for the whole process.not that good.

I hope this reaches the owner of this store.. I frequent subway A LOT almost 5 days a week in Boca but I’m home from work so I visited this location on 4/9 right before 5pm. There was gentleman and woman there. I have to say I always get treated well but they literally gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. My sandwich was perfect , the helped me download the app to get points & we’re just super enjoyable. The woman wasn’t even clocked in! But still made a point to speak & be helpful. I can tell they take pride in what they do & I APPRECIATE THAT! Thank you brightening my day & giving me such great service. I’m going to be visiting more often now!

We are very cautious about hygiene and cleanliness right now, and the employee was very cautious about washing his hands, wearing gloves, and carefully handling the preps of our sandwiches. Great customer service and healthy food to go!
