This location gets worse by the day. It's actually quite sad. Make you wonder where the owner are and if they're as incompetent as most of the workers. Medium fry had more fries than the large. They put stupid stickers on the top of the drinks that wouldn't come off. Kids meal was missing the toy. All after waiting like 15 minutes for the food, which was barely warm.

I ordered the fish sandwich combo got no receipt also the fish is hard as a rock it's overcooked and dry as hell. I've never ordered the fish from Wendy's before I will never do it again I call up the store and all I get is a voicemail you're supposed to answer your phone.

Placed a pickup order, once I get here the lobby is locked (during open hours). Forced to wait in drive through line (already paid). Line is backed up and moving at a snails pace. I had enough time to read a book. No sign or warning about the closed lobby. Horrible service. Save yourself the 30 min. And drive elsewhere.

Walked in an employee was eating from station no gloves no nothing then all the employees saw me at the register made eye contact with me nobody came up I was there standing for a good 5 to 10 minutes until the same employee that was eating the fry earlier came over and asked me if I was ready to order so I proceeded to tell her that I was picking up my order that should’ve been ready ASAP Then she went over and made my order My food was cold and my frosty was half melted never coming back I am not one to write a review because I have worked in the fast food industry but just see how everybody was moving and literally had the common sense to come asked me what I was waiting for that walked past me multiple times like I wasn’t even there If I could give you guys zero stars I would but in order to post my review I have to at least give you guys a one star

My friend had an experience here that was quite traumatizing. I’m sorry to say, but this was not an isolated incident. Both times that she visited this restaurant she was greeted by roaches in the drive-thru trying to crawl into her car. The first time, she was able to catch it before it came into her car. The second one, was successful getting into her car. She drove off without even getting her food and the roach wasn’t found - “never again.”

Worst service every time. Atleast they’re consistent with that. The doors have been locked by 7 pm every single day for months on end and everyone is always just messing around inside. The drive thru line is always a mile long. The door for inside dining was finally open so I decided to go in to skip the line. I walked in to hear the manager degrading an employee infront of other customers and employees. I then walked up to the same manager and asked if I could place an order. I was rudely told (basically laughed at) that she didn’t have anyone to ring me up at the front counter. Something that would take all of 1 minute if that to do so I could get my kids food for dinner after I drive 2 hours home from work. She said to go wait in the drive thru line like everyone else. Why was the door even unlocked? What a shame that store has gone completely down the drain. So worried about hot fries that you don’t care how the store runs.

The drive through guy I believe named Milton (late 20’s black man) is awesome always friendly and adds his own spice to the convo. Definitely appreciate how he goes about everything if he’s not a manager yet please consider him!
