Like many others whobhave posted a review about this establishment, I was also fooled into thinking the operating hours would match what was posted on their website and on the door. Well, it's 5:40 pm on a Sunday, and they are supposed to be open for almost two hours, but there's no one here. Wasted

I ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate chip ice cream. The ice cream was very mushy with no real ice cream taste and the hot fudge was Not hot fudge it was some type of cheap chocolate sauce.

Just like many others we were stunned that the owner of this business doesn't seem to care a bit about the people who travel here to find out the posted hours of operation are completely false and are not to be trusted. We had promised 2 elderly relatives who were both recovering from hospital stays

What a joke of a place! We drove 20 minutes to get here because supposedly they were open, when we got here, the light in the back is on but no one in the main area. It is 5:30, there are two signs on the door stating 2 different times, and they’re NOT open. Stay away and find a reliable ice cream p
I really love these ice creams , unfortunately we never know when the store is going to be open, it has been several times that I drive 20 min to get there and the store is close, even when the website say it is open..
