The staff is nice, not my favorite location to walk into, I feel like I get stared at a lot. But the service is good and I go here fairly often. Clean place, great for a quick bite.

0 stars for zero service. Stood there waiting for over 5 minutes for one of the 12 people behind the counter to greet or take my order. Neither of which happened. The place wasn't even busy. I watched the male manager training someone right in front of me and he made the trainee a drink. The other 10+ staff were either making a few drinks or waiting for window orders. 2 ladies show up after me and they get served before I do even though I spoke up and said I have not been helped yet. Unreal awful experience. Customer service doesn't exist here.

This Starbucks sucks. It's actually too big and thus unable to handle the volume of customers it receives. It takes way too long to get a coffee and the quality is "meh" - even for a Starbucks. They should've left the one downtown but in the quest for endless profits over convenience, they just had to have a drive-thru. I get it- the multinational corporation probably make a ton more money now, but the entire experience SUCKS in the exchange and has been a negative for the local community. The old location was a social hub and offered amazing service, this one is just a hub for traffic jams and entitled customers. I feel bad for the employees, too, because they're constantly inundated with like two dozen orders and running around in frenzies. Nobody wins here but the owner.

If you go in the morning, the team is on their A game. Friendly & fast service. BUT If you go any time after the morning rush, sometimes it feels like your living in slow-motion, expect to sit in the drive thru for at least 10-15

Starbucks is, well, Starbucks. It all depends on the crew. Lake Worth has a good one! Update: a little casual lately about closing the dining area when people don't show up for work. Call first if you expect to sit inside. Update update: Closing issues were a symptom of Covid, and Starbucks Lake Worth is back to regular hours.

I've always loved going to the Starbucks because it's always so clean especially the restrooms and the dining area also the staff is always so friendly if I lived in the area this would be my home Starbucks!

I come this Starbucks often and I know due to COVID franchises have changed quite a bit. But lately this place keeps changing their hours, drive through is a mess there’s lines forming in four different directions due to lack of signs. People are arguing in the drive thru because we don’t know which way the line forms. And overall service has become slower, what happened to all fast workers at this location?

I always like to drink coffee in starbucks but today in this location was the worst customer service. I ordered with the cashier his girlfriend was in the store and he wasn't focusing in my order ,so I ordered 2 caramel Frappuccino, one with little caramel and the girl back made me the worse and nasty caramel Frappuccino to me and my husband because the wheat cream was outside to my husband cup and was light no like other times , I told her and she told me, we don't have frappe in this moment, I didn't understand and she just give me the back and she don't make me a new caramel Frappuccino because mine was with a lot caramel I can't drink it was so sweet, so throw $12 in the trash.
