Tonight, this Bk had the worst service, no one was taking orders and we waited in line for 15+ minutes until we could pull up to the window to order up there instead.
In the process of taking our order we mentioned one thing and they responded with the total immediately after but i still had other
extremely rude lady taking orders through the drive through. the haitian woman in charge seemed like she was just scraped off the street..
If the customer service is this bad I can’t imagine how gross the cooks and kitchen are. Couldn’t get a simple order right.
I SPECIFICALLY ordered 10 Spicy Nuggets NOT 8. The other 2 nuggets were regular. Get my order right next time.
Worst burger king for the longest time they never get your order right, i just order 2 whoppers no pickle no onion, add bacon and cheese and they gave me exactly what i didnt order i still got charged for it and i didnt get straws for my drinks and they never have every sauce one or two are always m
Most miserable drivethru experience at about 6:00pm today. Spanish woman wouldnt even take order and with an attitude saying she is sick. Waited more than 20 minutes for such a nasty customer service and no food at all. Would rate it zero stars if i could.
Wow. Didn’t realize there could be such poor service anywhere. Completely unorganized staff (order taking, take-out order delivery). I left the drive-thru line as it was around the block and not moving. Went in to order take-out. I Waited a few minutes for order to be taken (I was next in-line)… t
Great experience.. enjoying a breakfast, lunch, or dinner time with family. Whopper was delicious and well wrapped. Hot and fresh !! They got the 🏅💯🍔🍟😋👍 Great people !
This is the worst Berger King I have ever been to!
Unless I get a call saying the manager is fired along with the current crew, I would never go back there again.
