My meal was hot and fresh and tasty. The reason I gave it two stars was because they ran out of straws and no sodas in the machine all they had was coke. The staff was very nice to me but other guests didn't have a pleasant experience. But how could you say no to a juicy burger from Wendy's. Sometimes you have to understand from a staff's point of view and know that things like this can happen but can be prevented to make it a better experience for the customer

Nice people but not professional. Every time I’ve ordered from this location, they always forget something from the order. I ordered 3 different burgers with meals and two milk shakes and a drink. They gave me a drink I didn’t ask for, forgot to give me the milk shakes, and didn’t put a burger in one of the meals I ordered.

Ask for chili with cheese and onions ànd get charged for it ..lol... dude at window repeats back yup 2 chili with cheese and onions ..frosty machine was down to.well looks like noo cheese or onions .people are getting lazier and lazier.everytime we ever go here it SUCKS SERVICE & FOOD

This is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to. I understand that it’s fast food and I’m not going to receive a 5 star meal, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. We went inside to enjoy our lunch and it took 15 minutes to just place the order due to poor training of staff members. After that I went to get my drink and turns out that every single soda in the dispenser happened to be out and I had to have the staff fill it up on the diver through side. After receiving my order everything was burnt, like come on how do you burn a burger bun, the fry’s were half cooked. Half the staff were either on their phones, taking personal calls, and just standing around. The best part we were the only ones in the building and no line through the drive through. Don’t come here or you will be thoroughly disappointed. I wish I could give them 0 stars because this establishment here deserves it.

It wasn't a perfect drive thru experience. They made me wait on the side and didn't provide straws for me. A lady in another car in front, which they also made to wait on the side, had to come out and argue with them to get her order. It kept the whole line waiting for a while. They brought mine to the car but, no straws though! Food was ok but, I had visited another one along 95 just recently just before and it was better there and the service was perfect. Work on it, guys!

Staff was precise and quick in their serving. I appreciated they bagged the different meals inside different bags, so it was quick to make sure your order was correct and hand it out.

Very poor order taker. #1 I could not under his low creole accent. I asked for a double cheeseburger to go. He asked me if I wanted a combo, I said no combo just a double cheese burger to go. I asked him how much. He said, $7.52. I handed him a $10 bill. He gave me back only $2.00. I said you owe me 48 cents. He said he had no change and closed the cash register. I said give me 2 quarters, he again said he had no change. I said where's the manager, he said he did not know. I will not return to this Wendy's on Lantana Rd. and Military trail ever again. This is a true story.

Super good $1 ( special) breakfast sandwich of egg, cheese melt, sausage or bacon. Especially today...short staffed and probably prepared by manager that actually allowed the cheese to melt. And she actually brought it to your car. "Applause for your successful effort".
