Came in around 3 on a Wednesday for a late lunch/early dinner. Food was hot, fresh and plentiful. Great flavor and lots to choose from. Bathrooms were outdated, but clean. There were a couple flies buzzing the windows but that’s not terribly uncommon this time of year. Staff was all very friendly. Price was affordable.

The aesthetic was off. Poor decorating, small restaurant with few food options and cramped seating. I don't feel that a few of the food options were cooked/made as well as they could have been.
Three stars because the staff was lovely and I didn't hate the food. We won't be going back, though.

We brought our little boy (11 months) and our server was so nice to him that she even helped daddy clean up mess he made while mommy was grabbing dessert! The food is always good, and they have all sorts of sushi. We love coming here.

Food quality is hit or miss; normally it's okay, but sometimes things get dried out or they run out & don't refill it for a while.
Variety is decent; they have a small salad bar, several deserts including fruit & tubs of ice cream to scoop from, & a sushi counter.
Don't pay until you are ready to leave because once you do you won't see your waitress again. And everytime I've gone they've checked for a tip before leaving & will inform you if you didn't put one on the ticket.

Food was over cooked and tough and flavorless sushi rice was mushy and slimy and old. To top it off when we paid the check by card, before we could.put out a 5.00 tip, the waitress started yelling tip tip you leave tip or no come back...I've never been so insulted..we always leave a tip...but instead of the 5 I was going to leave, I left one dollar and will never go back...Will drive a bit further to China flag. Also due to the food quality or really lack of, reported them to the health depth after I got ill off the one piece of sushi I did eat

Today is my Wife's 64th B-Day. We went to Panda buffet because she went the other day with some friends. You will not be disappointed. The food is fresh, cooked to tenderness that's as good as the service; attentative without disturbing your meal.

The food was hard, spent 55 for myself and 3 kids.... maybe if we were able to try it again .... maybe the place just had a bad day...
My kids didn't eat either they said nothing was good...

A very dissapointing place.. I went in for lunch one winter day and the food was old it was dried out and hard. The restaurant was freezing cold I guess they can't afford to turn on the heat for their customers. The wait staff seem to just congregate with each other in little groups and wait for you to leave. The seating area is in need of a total overhaul and deep cleaning. The sushi chef didn't bother to even come in that day so no sushi on the buffet but the price stayed the same. In the evening for the dinner buffet they jack up the price $2 just because the add some shrimp to it. Don't bother with their delivery service because I called in a order one day and they didn't show up for over an hour. They aren't even one mile from my house. So I ended up just going to a quick drive threw for dinner. Came home ate the meal from the drive thru then called them (all most two hours later) and they said they are just leaving with the order so I canceled it.

Deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Went to the dinner buffet with two young kids (3 & under eat free).
Food was great - there is something for everyone to eat. In addition to large variety of Chinese cuisine there were ribs, chicken, crawfish, A+ desserts, real ice cream - not soft serve and even a sushi bar as part of the buffet
Food constantly replenished, fresh and serving areas clean, ample clean plates & bowls, the servers made sure our dirty plates were removed quickly and drinks were always topped off/checked-on :)

If you cant stay to enjoy the buffet you can always get a plate to go :)

Recommend for family with kids, casual date night, large groups.

Decent Buffet. Don't know the reason for such a mediocre rating. I had been coming here for years, but I had quit for about two years because the rating seemed so low. I figured something must have happened. I decided to try them again and see what had transpired. And the answer is: NOTHING. There has been no change. The quality while not exceptional, is still good. Many individuals do not like to eat at a buffet for whatever reason. It's true, the food is not steaming hot, including here. But at the same time I'd have to say the the food is not desiccated due to the heat lamps. Nothing appeared dried out. The foods were constantly being replenished. The variety of sushi and nigiri was quite surprising. It looks like some of the sushi was coated with masago, unless there is a cheaper substitute, but it seemed tasty enough. They are one of the few places left that serves kim chee on their table which I really like. Their stir fried green beans are very good too. They have all of the other main players too: orange chicken, sesame chicken, beef and broccoli, walnut shrimp, crab legs, peel and eat shrimp. This was a weekend evening dining experience, so please note that many of these seafood items may not be on the weekday or evening menu. There were two tables devoted to desserts: cookies, fresh fruit, canned lychee, Jello squares, banana pudding, a couple varieties of cakes, and six to eight flavors of scoop tubs of ice cream. I had cookies and cream. If you don't care for the buffet, you can always order off of the menu. Take-out is also available.

The negatives are few. I could not locate any steamed rice. The fried rice was there though. I almost slipped twice on some liquid that was on the floor around one of the serving areas. It was eventually cleaned up. The servers throughout the restaurant were expeditious in refilling of drinks and clearing of dirty plates. It was a little quiet for seven o'clock but business picked up the later it got.

I'm glad to see Panda Buffet hasn't changed. I would like to see the steamed rice back on the table. Nevertheless, it still is serving reliable food that I'm pleased with.

The food was really good for a buffet. The problem we had was when we arrived at 11:00 am there was only one staff person so the service was slow. The positive of that was our buffet price was discounted.

Lunch Buffet. Outstanding! The best Chinese buffet in all of DFW. Everything fresh, everything tasted as it should. Friendly staff, not loud or too crowded.
Very good.

It was ok.. Panda express is better and cheaper ..it was gloomy and the waiters just stood around looking lost .. It was kinda off putting because it made it seem like they were waiting for you to finish.

Not Bad. Lots of choices, everything I tried was really good. I thought the price was a little high compared to other buffets.
