The staff are Team players, if your food is ready and your server is busy, another server will bring it! A lot of food for the money! Clean place to eat! Lots of parking!
Me and my sister went there yesterday . It was wonderful . Food was great and the server was wonderful . If you ask me this is the best Cracker Barrel I’ve ever eaten at!! It’s definitely was a five star! The only down fall was me spending to much money in the gift shop lol. ���
Went to met some friends for lunch on June 16th. Server put us at window. She had to come by three times before we were ready...we were gabbing too much to decide. She was very sweet and said to take our time. We all ordered the catfish plate but had different sides. It was delicious as always. We thanked the server again for letting us hog her table and visit while we ate. She came by several times to see I'd we needed more beverages. Great experience for lunch.

We had the best server ever!! I was there with my 14 month old grandson and asked if he could get his grits after we ordered, he went straight back and brought them to me so I could feed him! Great food and great service
One of the nicest things about Cracker Barrel is its consistency. When you go to Cracker Barrel, you know that your experience will be good.
Still, there are some little differences between the various locations.
Tonight is chilly (for some of us Floridians), and it would've been nice to have a fire burning in the fireplace.

The food was delicious. My son and I really enjoyed ourselves. The wait staff was very kind. Lots of cool stuff in the gift shop.
Waited 45 minutes to be seated, ordered lunch after waiting another 20 minutes then to our surprise, after 40 minutes we never received any food. Not the usual Cracker Barrel I know and have enjoyed servicing for many years. The first visit to the closet old country store near my home was not pleasant. Hopefully, if I decide to return it’s much better. And I did return. Received the Best Service ever! After my first visit, I spoke to the Manager and problem solved. Thank you Rizo, we appreciate your kindness, working diligently with us and sincere service. Lunch was delicious and we will be back.
Its a bit crowded,but thats always expected when it comes to good food. As soon as we walked in the wait was about 1 minute the waiter was attentive and patient. The food came out very quickly and tasted amazing as always.
Pro tip: use your phone camera to scan the QR code on your receipt to pay instead of waiting in long lines.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Cracker Barrel's Old Country Store this morning, Tuesday 9/12/23! The Old Man's Platter that I ordered for breakfast was nothing short of incredible. The eggs were cooked to perfection, with a delicate balance of tenderness and flavor. The bacon was crispy and delicious, adding a delightful smoky note to the meal. The biscuits and gravy were simply heavenly, with the biscuits being light and fluffy, and the gravy offering a rich and savory taste that was pure comfort food at its finest. To top it all off, the orange juice was refreshing and invigorating, giving a zesty touch to my breakfast experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of the meal was evident, and I truly appreciated the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The Old Country Store itself was a treasure trove of nostalgic charm, filled with unique and delightful items that brought back memories of simpler times. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my visit was nothing short of perfect. Overall, my time at Cracker Barrel's Old Country Store was an absolute delight. I pre-ordered and picked up the Thanksgiving Feast for 6-8 people. It was a lot of food - all refrigerated - that includes meat, sides, bread and desserts that you heat up at home. Cracker Barrel did an outstanding job with the heating instructions to make it simple for the typical kitchen. Using a convection oven set to one temperature, a stove and a microwave, everything can be warmed together to be ready at the same time. The turkey was boneless making it easy to carve up, and it was delicious! Everything was good, although the dressing that you mix with the supplied chicken broth turned out a little bit bland and maybe undercooked - next time I'll add salt and pepper and cook it longer than the instructions recommend. Still, it was a wonderful meal. And kudos to the local Cracker Barrel crew who were friendly and very organized on the day before Thanksgiving when I picked up the feast. By the way, it could have easily fed 2 or 3 more people than advertised - the leftovers lasted for several days!
Wanted a quick dinner before a Tigers game. All 3 of us got the 4 piece fried chicken dinner. Food was overall very good. Biscuits were awesome. Sides were good. Chicken was a tad overcooked. Waitress was excellent.

Service was good until the server vanished. This seems to be a common occurring theme in the industry as of late, that the server brings your food and then never comes back. It is a bit frustrating to have to sit and wait for 10 minutes or more once you have finished, but cannot leave as the server is no where, and has not brought a ticket. Had to ask for her to be found.
They added some great new items to their menu. I had their biscuit benny, which is an eggs benedict with a biscuit and your choice of meat. I had it with sausage, and it was fantastic. Even with it packed on a Saturday morning, they had us in and out with a small 10 min wait. Thank you Cracker Barrel for always having great staff and food.

Nice place with great alternatives for the whole family. The food is so good, an experience from another world. I really liked the decorations. The place looks fantastic, you can tell they put a lot of work into the interior design. Please come and you will love it. I give them 10 out of 10. You won't regret it, I assure you !!
My Husband And I were looking for country fried steak and we've been a lot of restaurants together but Cracker Barrel was another one to add to the books 😊 We bought a pie and even gifts from their cutest lil store. Definitely will be back
