I love Burger 21! They take every precaution to keep my gluten free food gluten free! My food is served on trays and in baskets set aside just for GF orders. They have a designated gf prep area in their kitchen. My burger is always cooked to perfection! They have the best burgers in town!
The Shrimp burger with Tai Slaw. Omg!!!! I had ordered this sandwich and ended up having an emergency so we needed to take our food to go. It was still good cold but we went back again to get it hit and it was so good. Highly recommend all their burgers!

Great service! Even after 9pm when they’re trying to close. The cashier was very attentive to my gluten free needs. Asked all of the appropriate questions. Definitely get to add this place to the frequently visited locations ☺️

A friend and I hit up Burger 21 after a long day in Tampa attending Megacon. We were debating where to go and he mentioned burger 21...and I have never been...so in short, we went. I wasn't interested in truly exploring the menu throughly but I just skimmed it looking for words of things I liked....I came across two....buffalo and philly. I ordered both the philly burger and the buffalo chicken burger....I was not disappointed. Both of the burgers were exception and just what I needed to satisfy the hunger I had developed during a hard day of nerding out!! Keep up the good work burger meisters!
It was our first time at Burger21 and it was busy but everything came out perfect for us. My wife and I both got the BBQ burger, I'm picky so I got no lettuce tomato or onion strings and substitute cheddar for swiss. She added avocado and a potato crisp. I'm so sad I'm just now finding out how delicious this place is I could have been getting burgers here all along! Lol

This place has a great atmosphere about it. With a nice dining room inside and plenty of tables on a patio outside with charming lights for a nice evening dining experience. I was greeted with a smiling staff. The menu is very simple with great choices, from burgers that can be customized. There are chicken choices for sandwiches and chicken tenders. You can get a choice of fries, regular or sweet potato fries. It didn't take long to get my order, and everything was made correctly. Once you get your meal, there is a counter with a place to get sauces for dipping or as a topping. There are 8 condiment pumps filled with sauces from ketchup and barbeque sauce to the famous "21 sauce." This place also offers shakes and cookies, for after the Burger experience, and the shakes are very tasty. I would definitely re-visit this place again, and I was pleased.
My husband and I really enjoyed eating here. It was recommended by a friend to check it out and it was worth it. Definitely going back. Good service from the moment you order and they also take it to the table.
Burger 21 is a burger joint located in Lakeland, FL. The restaurant itself was clean and sterile. The decor is alright, but the atmosphere overall has a good vibe. The service was friendly, helpful, and quick.
The burgers here are amazing! The cheesy burger had a great temperature, flavor, and texture. The quality of the rest of the items are still outstanding, and the fries have a good seasoning. Overall, would recommend Burger 21.
I love their burgers! I don't feel like you necessarily have a lot of options, but the Shroom one that I always order is great, and whichever ones my husband orders and I try, I always found them to be delicious as well. Also, their sweet potato French fries are wonderful, and they've got some really good sauces to go with them. I could probably get only that and be happy!
Love everything about this place. The easy access to a sink. The fries (especially the sweet potato ones) are yummy. The burgers are perfect and have fun flavours. The staff is amazing. There were ladies complaining at staff about the tile texture and accusing them of not using enough cleaner. Alison calmly explained that too much cleaner would make them worse. The then complained that the burger wasn't done exactly to her expectation. Again, Alison explained that they have to cook them to one level, understanding that they can't know everyone's preferences so they cook them the best they can to make the most people happy. I was sitting there, ready to jump in if this lady's bullying got any worse. But Alison handled it like a *champ*. As a fellow food service veteran, I was so impressed, nay proud. This staff knows their job and does it so well. Great food, great staff! Love this place so much!
First time here after the Pandemic. I ordered the new Chimichurri Burger with sweet potatoes fries and toasted marshmallow sauce. It was delicious. I met Joshua, the Manager, as he was going around the tables. He was amazing. I will definitely will be coming back to this location.
We are visiting the area for a couple weeks and decided to give this place a try. It did not disappoint! The food and service is excellent! We loved it so much we went back for dinner again. One of the best burgers I have ever had! And the Monterey grilled chicken sandwich is AMAZING!! This place will definitely be a regular stop whenever we are in the area.
This restaurant has always been a favorite of mine. A nice place to either get it to go or to sit and eat. The staff is nice and the food is tasty. The sauce portions are a bit smaller than you expect, but they give you two. But if you really like the sauces, then you can order more. It is not the cheapest eats, but what is nowadays?
This is a good burger place to go when you are feeling the need for a good burger! the food is made to order and very tasty. I had the double cheeseburger (OMG) which is good in size and was cooked the way I like it. I only gave 4 stars because the fries were not as fresh as the burger. The portion was good but I think the prices are a little high. For a shareable order of fries, it's over $8!! Only for the fries not to be fresh was a disappointment. Overall, the burger was good, but the fries could have been better. I would go back. Please make sure you bring a few dollars. For my wife and I, the bill was over $45 with the optional tip you find at almost every restaurant now.. lbs
Decent food and a pretty good burger, though medium was a little closer to rare. Can get a bit pricey. Overall good, but with a lot of burger competition, this one can get overlooked.

While they have lots of options, including Chicken or Veggie burgers if you prefer, it's very frequent that the 21 in "Burger 21" refers to the cost.
If you're okay with $18-20 per person for a burger, fries, and a shake, you will not be disappointed by the quality.
First time ever! I ordered 2 burgers the Seasonal Bayou and the Tex Mex haystack great service and perfectly cooked burger! I just wish they had brought it back to Orlando! Well worth the hour drive!

Super happy with our meal every time we come here. We have had a couple of incidents (of course, this comes when you go to a place so often). They ran out of the buns for our daughters sliders once and didn't mention it until she had her meal in hand. She ate it but mentioned it several times. They compensated her for this (without request). We had a couple of new people take our orders at the counter and this leads to the likely mistakes. Incorrect items being sent to the table or items included on the burger that shouldn't. Again, the issues were resolved without incident / request and we left happy. They have an awesome Gluten Free menu and a dedicated work space. The GF bun is great and comparable to a regular bun. The GF sweet potato fries hit the spot every time. I like that all the sauces at the sauce bar are identified with a "GF" if Gluten Free. My son and I do not like that the tomato is always on the bottom of the meat which causes the bun (especially the GF bun) to get very soggy, very quickly. We are currently addicted to the Banana Foster Milkshake. It is delicious. Outdoor seating area is comfortable. There is a men's and women's bathroom. Interesting that there is a dog eating or staring at hotdogs in the ladies bathroom.. The pun is not lost upon me. We are disappointed that the super awesome sink is no longer at the entrance of the restaurant. There is a sink there but not superior like it's predecessor. Overall a nice menu selection for adults and children alike. Beer is served here. Orders can be placed to go via online ordering, at the counter, or over the phone. They have a to go / take out counter / bar.
Great burgers and fries. Great service and atmosphere. This is my second time in this establishment. 2nd time ever in a Burger 21. Definitely recommended. I had the Tex- Mex Burger and my wife the Bacon Cheesey. And we shared an order of half and half fries. Regular and sweet potato.
