Was just blown away with great service at Smokey Bones! Natalie made my first experience here absolutely unforgettable. She was fast, funny, extremely helpful with all of my menu decisions, and made me feel right at home. From someone also in the F&B business, her service was the best. & The food was just as great! I can’t wait to come back again for that pulled pork with the mustard bbq sauce. My boyfriend loved it and also praised the baked chicken! We finished it off with the fried Oreos dipped in cocoa krispies & they were to die for. � Honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Will be back and will definitely ask for Natalie!
It was me and my mom's first time eating there yesterday for my birthday. The food was great and I even got a huge chocolate cake and Ice cream also shout out to our waitress Brooke she was so sweet and down to earth we will definitely come back again

Smokey Bones is one of my favorite places to eat and drink in Lakeland! The food is always delicious, and the bartenders are fantastic! Great food, great service, and a great Manager what more could you want!
The ribs and pulled pork was delicious. The corn bread with the honey pean butter was out of this world. Our waitress Christine was excellent. Great atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyable!

My waitress, Brandi, was fantastic. I got the Smokehouse Mac & Cheese, and although they were out of sliced brisket, she was able to conjure me up some chopped brisket, so it still had that great bbq brisket flavor! I really wanted to have their cheesecake, but I was so full!

Went for dinner. Was great service and good food. The prices have jumped a bit, but who's hasn't? Tim was our server/bartender, and he provided great service. Had some issues with the scan to pay by phone receipt. Tim ironed it out promptly. Overall high satisfaction in this visit.
Great food, great service! Pricing seems high, but it's really a lot of food. Husband got the wings, Buffalo was okay, but the house bbq and rub one's were amazing! I got the full size mag nachos.... don't make the same mistake unless you are super hungry. Get the mini, because that plate is Huge! All of it was delicious
Tim was an amazing bartender and server! He gave us a wonderful selection of wings and flavors to taste and choose from. Everything was delicious and flavorful with every bite. 10/10 will be returning here! I definitely recommend smokey bones Lakeland if you are looking for a laid back yet magnificent dining experience!
We made it in on a Monday night for dinner with our group.
We tried a good variety of food and were not disappointed with any of it. The portions for the apps were a bit small and not very shareable. We ordered the large Bonebowl for 4 plus a few other items. All the smoked meats were good. The wings were juicy but well cooked. The ribs were nicely done. The potatoe wedges were great. Everyone was pretty happy with the food.
When we did use the bathroom we were a little concerned. They were pretty filthy and run down. Which gave me an awful impression of what the kitchen might look like. Yuck.

We originally went on 12/2/23, and we were greeted by Jessica. While the food was slightly overcooked, we had good service. We go barefooted due to health and religious reasons. There is nothing against the Health Department, OSHA, or any laws against it. Matter of fact, FL Chapter 760.08 covers us as to why we go barefooted. Tried to go tonight (12/8/23), and we were not only refused service, even after we showed the laws, but we were discriminated and had our civil rights violated. Furthermore, the manager didn't want to give me their name so I could file a legal complaint. We were also THREATENED that if we came back without shoes, we'd get the police called on us. We went to a competitor without any issues. I will be following this up with the Florida Commission on Human Relations and my attorney to sue this location. I demand a public apology.
Thanksgiving was too busy 1 hour plus and at other places. We decided to go to Smoky Bones, our first time. We were seated in about 2 minutes, the service was outstanding, the food was great 👍 we will be back. Tim our server was the best!
Food was delicious and the service was great. No wait, which was surprising for Friday night. The bartender took very good care of us. The atmosphere was nice. I will definitely be back here.

Was in the area, so me an my son decided to stop here. Never had it & thought let’s give it a try. Got seated fairly quickly and had a server by the name of Brandi. She was one of the best servers I ever encountered. She went over an beyond for my son who is a picky eater at 7 years old so I appreciate her service. Food was pretty good. I’ll be back for more an the service.
I ate here on Monday night with my family and we had a server named Mariah, she was the best server we have ever had. She never let us go without anything, super sweet and friendly. Her personality was addicting. Never did she look stressed about getting anyone anything. I will definitely be asking for her everytime I come there she was on top of her game! Thank u Mariah for amazing service with the cutest smile you were the sweetest 🥰

I came in last night after a very long drive from Orlando and had an amazing experience between the food and service. Courtney was my server and was the perfect help for all of my questions. She was very helpful with me deciding what I want to eat and was so bubbly and cheerful. I will definitely be coming back soon! Definitely worth the drive
