Cozy low-keyed diner. Food was good. Bacon was better than average. Large portions and low prices. Came in because hubby loves biscuits and gravy. A bit disappointed with the sausage gravy. It was very salty. Service was very good and prompt. A lot of locals so it was very busy.

Fast friendly service and the food was very good. I was pleased the outdoor seating was dog friendly. We went two days while in town for baseball. The breakfast and lunch was delicious.

Hard to find at the end of a small strip center with medical businesses, it was exactly like I imagined, a piece of old Lakeland. Service was prompt and friendly, the place was clean but the food was above expectations. Soup was excellent. Sandwiches were huge and delicious and the onion rings were crisp and tasty. Iced tea glass was refilled with a smile. I love finding good places and this was a great find.

This was our first visit to Cozy Oaks after reading some great reviews. We stopped in close to noon and were able to seat ourselves immediately and our server greeted us quickly with menus and asking for our drink orders. The restaurant was quite full but tables seem to be spaced enough where we did not feel cramped. We ordered the Philly Omelet $7.99, Spanish Omelet $6.99, Large Biscuits and Gravy $4.29 and homemade corned beef hash $3.69. The Large biscuits and gravy was 2 very large biscuits split on the plate covered in creamy sausage gravy and was way more than I could eat so i have leftovers for another meal. The omelets were thin and tasty. The perfect consistency. The homemade corned beef hash was very tasty with large pieces of sliced corned beef mixed in with thee hash browns. Deanna was our server today and she is awesome. Friendly and very attentive. I didn’t even realize I was low on iced tea and there was a new one right in front of me. Our food was out at our table within minutes of placing our order. The crowd dining was fairly diverse which was great. The menu is huge and seems to have just about every breakfast item you could want listed. This is quite a wonderful experience and one that we cannot wait to repeat. Incredible first impression.

My food was good. I got the gyro omelette, so good. I asked for my potatoes to be well done but they weren’t. The biscuit was good too. I’ll be back.

Passing through the area, and we were in need of some breakfast. Found Cozy Oaks easily through the GPS. It is located in a small Medical plaza. Our Server was Tonya, whose laugh made our morning! The food was delicious, and cooked perfectly. The best part, my Breakfast as shown in the pictures, was well under $8!! Little, local spot, with a nice sized menu! It's no wonder they have been there for 19 years! If you're in the area, you definitely should stop by!!

We were on the hunt for a decent breakfast spot, while in an unfamiliar area. Decided on this place because of the reviews. You can't beat it for the price. The food was good and plentiful. The only negative was the high extra charge prices. I understand there is always an upcharge when you add things like cheese to grits or chocolate chips to pancakes. But having a $1.25 upcharge for some chocolate chips is very high. It was my fault for not noticing the price on the menu. A little warning when ordering on the price from the server would be nice. But besides that I recommend to give it a try if your in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Update 10. 21. 22 our server named Taunni was fantastic and even educated us and educated us on on-menu items and off-menu items while we enjoyed our meal today. Such a gem in the rough, classic diner style with prices that are appreciated!! LOVE IT!! Their food tastes Great! GENUINE!

Yummy food, but it gets fairly loud when it's busy. But oh boy is the service QUICK! I've been back a few times - the service was quick, the food was good, and the prices were great. I'd recommend it for a brunch place in the area!

The food was great and came out quickly. The service was great as well. I was just visiting the area and this seems like the classic mom and pop breakfast/lunch joint that everyone loves.

The chicken cheese steak was mouth watering flavor and done just right. Add corn nuggets and it was a ful filling brunch. My Dijon Mustard Chicken on a kaiser roll with grilled onions was above all my best choice. Add homefries and I was well filled. #DTNLivingLife
