Well mercy!! Just had ālinnerā (lunch/dinner) at Fredās Market Restaurant in Lakeland. Larry and I talked about it all the way home which was a 45 minute commute.
Best buffet ever! Puts all others to shame.

Well, this place pretty much has any southern food you could imagine, from a spectacular salad, bar, delicious proteins, an abundance of sides, and donāt you dare pass of that desert area.
