We went there on a Sunday afternoon after a trip to the Polk museum. The food was great. The room is nice. The waitress was friendly and helpful and explained (when I asked) that the name comes from the fact it used to be a federal building.

Very inviting atmosphere when you first walk into Mojo Federal. There was hardly any wait to get seated. The service was excellent. The famous onion rings are a must do when ordering.
Really delicious BBQ. Haven't had a bad meal here. The fried pickles are delicious, as are the burnt ends (if they have them). The corn side is amazing and buttery. The salmon was cooked perfectly, not dry at all. Pulled pork is also very good, and I love the sauces.
