Val was amazing!!!! She did wonderful and was on point. It was kinda like she was alone serving and bartender. There was others though and I love how everyone worked together and helps each other out.
The food was good, the service was good, it did take forever for our food to come out but they were busy and we had a decent amount of food, and it was also pretty pricey for what it is. For what it is, it's good. But don't go into it comparing it to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. I can't recommend any dishes because they were all worth checking out if you're there. Just go with whatever you're in the mood for and you should be alright.
This food is amazing, hot and ready to serve so fresh, drinks not flat and fresh also ! Farha was so sweet and polite serving us. LOVE HER SO MUCH!

Went back again for lunch with a group for a meeting. You can tell this place will tailor your visit for any occasion. The server who arrived quickly, asked “ what brings you in today” I said we’re having a business meeting, she said great let’s get your entire order so I won’t bother you . Wow!!!! Now that knowing your guest. We also had a plan that I would hand signal her if needed. Unreal experience, Thank you Ruby for going above and beyond. We booked another meeting mid month

When I visit my mom in Lakeland, this is one of our go-to places for lunch. I wish I could remember the manager's name because I believe he is the reason this restaurant is so great. We always see him working next to all the staff, not just overseeing them, but helping them serve, host, clean up, and back in the kitchen to make sure everything is flowing awesome. The service, food, and atmosphere at this location is so much better than any other location I have been to. We just went there on Friday with my mom's best friend since high school, who was down here for a visit, and she also felt that this was
the best Applebee's too.

Food tasted fresh, was very good. Waitress was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Large bar here too. Had the $1 margarita. Love their drink specials! Can't beat that price!
Best food for price of any corporate restaurant. The Lakeland Florida store has a good group of tables that are a comfortable height for wheelchair users. They need much more parking for wheelchair vans that use ramps or lifts. But inside is pretty good..

When went in on 9/16/2023 around 8ish pm. I'm not sure of her name but she was a hostess blonde hair and let me tell you she was on her game. Probably the best worker there. She was hosting and waiting on tables, cleaning tables, running food and who knows what else she was doing that we didn't see and did it all with a good attitude and a smile. We tried to tip her but she wouldn't take it. Said it was no big deal she always helps out when needed. She said leave me a Google review as a tip.. Well to me she wasn't just helping out she was doing the servers jobs. I thought she was the only one working the front end until we seen this young man come walking up and stand at the host stand on his phone while she was doing everything.. Not really a good look for the company or him. I don't know what she said to him but he started cleaning up right after but didn't look to happy about it. I really hope management appreciates her and see her value. The food was pretty good but I'm just here to" leave a good tip "for the hostess who took care of us and others..
Great chicken quesadilla salad. Decided to have a quick lunch, was taken care of quickly. Applebee's is Applebee's as far as atmosphere. They are all starting to look a little dated. Like going down to someone's basement bar, but always clean. I'll be back for more
Food was so-so. Typically what you'd expect in a chain restaurant for quality. A bit hit or miss based on what you choose. Server Andy was awesome and super accommodating. Family-friendly and good place for a quick decent meal overall.
