Haven't been to a five guys in several years.
Went to the one in North Lakeland the other night because they were still open, and little one really wanted a burger. They were BARELY open. Went in at quarter to closing feeling horrible about that, but they were super courteous and helpful.
Took some time to get the order right, but they never got flustered or upset. The entire crew was working as a team and a happy one at that!
They really loaded us up on fries.
When we were done, another couple came in behind us and were getting the exact same welcome and cheerful service.
The order was right and food tastes great.
A very pleasant surprise for being so near closing!!

We ordered 2 cheese dogs with different toppings. It was ok. We had been at this franchise at different states and had better. Waiting time was 15 min and we don't know if it is ok for Florida. Staff was very very polite.

Busy but still quickly got my order. Friendly staff, all smiles and polite. Some of the best burgers in the game, and the fries were hot and lightly salted. This spot is on point.
My wife is the burger person so I usually don't get anything but fries, well if you haven't had their BLT!!! Man it's lights out the best ever! If you get one add the fresh jalapenos and enjoy bacon goodness.
Stopped at this Five Guys while returning home from Disney World. The menu and decor was typical for a Five Guys. The service was great and made our food quickly. My burger was simple, yet delicious. Known for it's burgers and fries. The price was expensive for the meal, $38 for two people. Would recommend visiting a Five Guys if you know how much you will pay.
Waited long enough to watch the people in front of us get their food, sit down and eat, then leave when we finally got our food. Saw 8 different employees during this time, but it seemed like they all kept disappearing with only one person cooking.
Overall, it was fine. I've just been to a lot of different 5 guys, and the wait seemed a little long.
The American chain I want in NZ the most. You know you'll get a damn good burger whenever you go there, and I appreciate the specialisation. Wish there could've been more salad on my burger but I understand the logistical issue with such a request š
Five guys makes a very heavy burger. The food is greasy and salty ā¦delicious. That said, itās best to eat it quick. It wonāt hold over well
The staff is strong. But I donāt think itās fast food. Best to dine in here. And itās cleaner than most restaurants.

I've never gotten a hamburger there that wasn't perfect! I really enjoy the strawberry milkshake as well!
This Lakeland store was the best Five Guys we'd ever been to! Food was hot & delicious. Staff was very friendly.
Food was great!! Manager was great!! Staff was just having some issues with putting in and seeing out orders. The Manager handled the situation pretty well! Would visit again.
Always GREAT. JOEY IS A GREAT MANAGER. Glad he is still there. Glad Ed is still there, he works hard as well. Everyone else seems to have been let go. My husband and I have been going there for about 15 years, and we eat there about twice a month.
I dont sling out 5 stars often but these guys (and gal) just made us feel very special on our trip from Tampa to Orlando! The pricing has increased (like everywhere else) since my last visit to a 5 Guys months ago, but the excellent service remains just as good as before. This is a much needed rest on a horrible rainy Friday evening drive - and they even split a milkshake into 2 cups for my kids. Thank you each and every employee - oh, and of course the food is incredible!!
Took a snack before heading out to the beach..... best decision ever. My burger was AWESOME and to go with it some CAJUN fries š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤
