First time here and was parking easy to find...when you first walk in it feels cozy and very calming. The environment is great and layout of the restaurant is very nice. The service was great Nephelia is amazing ide ask for her she's quick doesn't ask too many questions and gives good recommendations!! .
For starters the house salad was great along with the Garlic Knotts which are a must have!!! They taste freshly made not cold or feel warmed up like other places,especially with the Mariana dipping sauce..it's to die for as it melts in your mouth with each bite the garlic just takes over!!! .
The bread they give you is good aswell with there unique but different dipping sauce for it!! For entrees we had salmon which was good!! With mash and mushrooms which taste all home made!!! . The Chicken Parm was amazing and Huge they don't let up with there portions at all so don't be taken back by the price of the meals!! You'll enjoy it as much as I did!! I'll definitely be back to try there Hawaiian Pizza!! And have more Garlic Knotts ! And I'll be requesting Nephelia she is amazing thank you for making the experience much better with your amazing customer service skills!!
Im going to be honest im 16 and the lady with blonde hair greets me everytime and helps with anything and anyone and there spaghetti is literally perfect and sweet tea is also amazing
I've heard about it from other people in lakeland and had to try, now I'm telling you you HAVE to try this place. I got the bacon tortellini (forgot the real name) and husband got a (francese?) regardless it was all perfect even the soup. I am not a big soup person but this was PERFECT

Wow! Amazing place! We loved the feel right away and how friendly everyone was. As you enter you look right into the kitchen through the glass and you can see the garlic knots which are an absolute must have! We basically inhaled ours and the warm marinara for the win. I also loved the complimentary flatbread and oil they served right away as well. Our sever did an amazing job at suggesting ways to make it cheaper for my kids and since they both wanted a small pizza she suggested they get a large and make each side their way! It was perfect but way more then the two of them could eat. One large pizza would really have served all 4 of us. But my husband got the Stromboli and added peppers and onions and it just melted in your mouth, I may have had a couple bites. I got the chicken Alfredo and added broccoli and I was by no means disappointed. It was perfect. The sauce was lighter then I’m used to for Alfredo but it was still delicious. This will be a place we frequent as we live in the area now! I highly suggest this place and the Stromboli!
The food was really good and fresh and every single person there was super friendly. Kayla d. was amazing. She mad us feel at home on our first visit. The Strawberry Shortcake was a nice surprise.
The food was a 10/10! I ordered carry out, and they were very print while still serving fresh goodness. I may have to start having this places a couple times a month! 😇
Ordered the Bolognes dish. Very heavy tomato based sauce. Sauce to meat ratio was good. Meat was ground and too chunky. Side salad and blue cheese dressing was excellent. Wife had chicken tortellini soup and the salad with ranch and was very happy. Garlic toast was acceptable.
First time here and it was awesome!! You can tell when a place makes their food that tastes great. The ravioli and lasagna I would recommend. When I get through the menu, I'll post about it all!! I only leave reviews if it's great or not.
You have to try palace Italian restaurant, you will love it too!
The server we had was fantastic. My only complaint is that I can not eat onions, and I ordered chicken marsala it was overloaded with onions. First time I have ever had marsala with onions, so I didn't think to say no onions. Also, it was a little warm in the restaurant. Just FYI, the other food was excellent, so we will be back.
This place is so good! A secret gem not even hidden..if you like Italian food, try this place, it's amazing ....staff, servers, everyone is there to make this dining experience something you'll want to return for!
Girlfriend loves trying new and different foods. Came got a table and was googleing all the food to see what it was, which is fine. Our server Jessica B. deserves a raise after dealing with both of us. She was very on it with extra drinks, telling about menu, desserts, she is a very good waitress!
This Italian Restaurant is a solid 5. We have been coming here since the early 2,000’s. The food, service and atmosphere are absolutely wonderful. We have celebrated birthday parties to New Year’s Eve suppers. Coming from an Italian family which was constantly having family get togethers with some of the best Italian food ever presented, this is surely a taste of home. We had lunch there today, and the tomato-basil pizza was chock full of fresh basil, fresh garlic and cheese. It was served on a pan with a top layer of olive oil. All meals are served with a layer of fresh dough, crispy to a nice finish, for dunking in olive oil and Sun dried tomatoes. The meals we have had there from chicken parm, veal parm, eggplant can’t be beat. I can only rate this establishment excellent. Very very fine job everyone!!
Our Senior Aerobics group has a luncheon once a month at different restaurants around Lakeland, Florida. Trying the restaurants out. We will ask for a table for 15 people. We have a great time.

We've been to Palace Pizza on US-98N before. It is one of our favorites. Great food, atmosphere, and staff. We call and order the table in the morning. They have it ready at lunch.

Good food in huge portions. Can't imagine how anyone eats as much as they offer in one serving. It would make sense to offer senior and child portions at a lower price.
Had an employee lunch here and it was amazing! Staff was friendly. Good was served hot and tasty. Desserts are amazing! Definitely be back!
We are regulars here. The food is always delicious, and we have a great time joking around with all the staff. Best Italian restaurant in town.
Tonight was our first time visiting. From the time we walk in until we left service was awesome. Our waitress Emerald was so very kind and sweet. We will be back soon.
