I usually get delivery from this restaurant, so this was my first time as a dine in restaurant customer. It was a Saturday night and the place was completely empty but a large party had just left. Another party came in after us and there was steady pick up orders. The service was great. Our waitress was nice and helpful. The women’s bathroom may have a plumbing problem because the main door was propped open and it smelled unpleasant BUT the restroom was very clean.
The entire restaurant was very clean.
The sweet tea was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Very fresh and sweet. I also tried some plum wine and it was spectacular.
I personally got the volcano roll. Let me say without a shadow of a doubt GOSH has the BEST sushi I’ve ever had. The presentation was beautiful and the roll was huge. Very fresh tasting, it was perfect.
After dinner my sister ordered the tempura cheesecake. I tried some and it was very good. Personally I wouldn’t add sprinkles to it (kills the overall presentation) but it didn’t hinder the taste.
I would STRONGLY suggest anyone who loves sushi to try GOSH. You won’t be disappointed!

UPDATE: I am happy to say one of the owners, Mindy reached out to me and we had a great conversation and rectified all the issues from my previous one star post. Today I got to talk to both of the owners and the chef in person. It all came down to a miscommunication about my previous order and we now fixed it so we are on the same page for all future orders. I am happy to say my favorite place to go is now STILL my favorite place to eat. We ordered our food and it was PERFECT! Thank you Gosh. See you soon!
I had reservations with my wife and kids and it was tremendous. We walked in and the inside was beautiful and well kept.We were greeted by a young lady named Amber. She was very nice, really patient and an awesome server. The food was delicious came out perfect and we all loved it.I would 100% recommend . 10/10 we will all back to see Amber and have some more sushi :)
If you need a quick sushi fix in Lakeland this is your spot. Nothing flashy here. No frills. No real atmosphere to speak of. The wait staff don’t seem to know much about their own sake list but if you know what you like they probably have it.
All of that being said you will never have a bad piece of fish here.
Always fresh. Always prepared well.
While there may be better spots in town save yourself the wait and expensive bill and grab some sushi from gosh.
You won’t be disappointed.
Their food is soooo good, this is my son’s favorite restaurant and we go there every time we get a taste for sushi. The owner, Mindy, is sweet as sugar and always gives everyone the royal treatment! I highly recommend them.
I Love this place the teriyaki chicken plate, PHO, And Japanese tempera bagel roll was delicious always fresh the staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. The Management is great always asking how I am and if my order was good, nice, clean, and friendly environment I am very pleased with the service and quality of food I get is always Perfect! Keep up the good work!!
This is one of my favorite places to get sushi in Lakeland. Not only are the prices reasonable for the size of rolls, the service is always very pleasant and helpful!
It’s one of our go to places when we don’t know what to do for dinner.
This place has pho, but it's more like kids size bow at any other pho place. Not much in the bow, it's plan, does taste ok. Cost is $7-$8. I give 2.5 star out of 5 for pho. If you're real pho person, I wouldn't recommend this place. Beside this, their other food is good. I like their sushi. Server is nice and respectful.
Kaylie was our server and she was the best! We never felt interrupted, yet everything was brought to the table, and topped off. We never once had to ask for anything. Very cheerful and a really enjoyable experience.
And Kaitlyn prepared our sushi for us, and my was it beautiful. The rolls were tight, fresh ingredients, and the plate presentation was so appealing.
Between the amazing staff and the amazing good, I can't imagine anyone in Lakeland going anywhere else for such a fantastic sushi experience.

I had the stir fry which was really good but the best part of eating here was my lovely waitress Amber she helped me out a bunch I dont eat asian food that much but she helped me find what I wanted! Definitely telling my friends about this place.
This place is wonderful. The food is always great with plentiful portion and fresh ingredients. The owner and the workers are extremely kind and professional.

Outstanding meal! Great food & great staff. My teriyaki chicken was extremely flavorful, she had chicken lo mein, also great, & dad had rice dish with chicken.
Will be going back for sure!
Great looking facility. Food is really good. I have yet to try other things as my go-to is the crispy crunchy sushi box which is very filling. Highly recommended.
1st time here. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Was definitely the best sushi I have had in awhile. And I eat it quite often. I now have no desire to look anywhere else. GOSH! will be the only place I get my sushi moving forward.
