This place is amazing, their expertise on their products along with their customer service is second to none. Their food is delicious and well priced, this is the place to go for an inexpensive lunch that is healthy and flavorful. Anthony, Joey and Penny are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and they have my business for life.

I am vegan and have allergies, they were very helpful telling me all ingredients. Had gluten free sandwich, enjoyed it was very good. Friendly, helpful, bought some of the millet bread to take home. Highly recommended.
My mom and I are obsessed with the tofu "egg" salad sandwich! And always pair it with whatever delicious vegan soup they have that day. A perfect lunch! I always grab a few things from the store whether it's clean skincare, supplements, or healthy snacks. Very kind and helpful people genuinely concerned for your wellness.

Love this place! Best soups ever. Awesome soups and sandwiches for vegans and non vegans. The gazpacho is better than any I've ever had and the mushroom barley and garbanzo beans soups are also delicious. My non vegan friends and family love the chicken and tuna salads and don't forget the yogurt and smoothies! What a gem in Lakeland. When I travel between Tampa and Orlando, I hit this place for quarts of soup to go and vitamin supplements . The service is very personal and I trust the recommendations. It's definitely worth a detour.
A clean well lighted place, just as Earnest Hemingway described. Pleasant staff, nice dining area with a surprisingly good menu selection. Plus, the grocery area has an excellent selection of food items for those folks who enjoy healthy eating.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!! On one side they have a wide variety of supplements and so much other stuff. On the other side is their restaurant that serves the BEST healthy food in Lakeland, and their menu is quite extensive. If I ever have a question about a product, immediately there is someone there to answer anything for me...which is beyond helpful because they are extremely knowledgeable in their jobs. The owner is always there (from my experience) and has often had extensive conversations with me about particular health issues (even if it's busy), she/they just really want to help people. It's just a great place all around.
Everyone working is so friendly! It was my first visit and Bri helped me with menu choices and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be going back. Lots of healthy options that cater to a wide variety of diets.
I am so glad we have a local health store and restaurant right here in Lakeland. Every time I have called to check to see if they carry an item I need they always have it whereas other stores in Lakeland do not and have no interest in making products available for consumers. I also always have lunch in there when I am shopping there and really enjoy their veggie preparations. Have also enjoyed smoothies there as well and appreciate the freshness of their produce used. If you have any interest in caring for your well being it is worth a visit.
Great heath food store. You can get daily supplies, vitamin/supplements. It is an organized health food store that cycles through items quickly, so never an old product. **They even make healthy food fresh. I've recently tried one of their sandwiches from the deli. It was called the Driz. Very good. Made inside a pita bread with mayo, fresh crunchy lettuce, bean sprouts and tomato with warm, surprisingly juicy, turkey chunks. **It is run by a wonderful woman, Ms. Anthony, who is very informed and gladly willing to give you info if you have questions. It's also a great local business that has been making 'Healthy Lakeland' easier for over 40 years. Proud to buy anything here and support this business and Ms. Anthony.
Great food and service. They have amazing curried chicken sandwiches and soups. Gone here for many years. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and staff are excellent. Small seating area for dining but it is a health food store.
The food at this healthy restaurant is sooo delicious!!! I've tried the chicken salad, egg salad, garden burger, sandwiches, and different smoothies. EVERYTHING I tried here was amazing!! I was very happy at how health conscious they truly are, and they also have a great selection of supplements and health care/beauty. Definitely THE healthy store and restaurant in Lakeland!! :)
Chicken curry salad was absolutely phenomenal. They have an extensive selection of supplements also. Didn’t love the vibe of the plastic table and chairs inside but small short coming compared to how good this salad was.
I have been shopping here for several years.. my son loves the yogurt that they offer there and he loves going there as well. Very friendly staff and owner...polite and knowledgeable. Will always support Anthony's.
I love Anthony's. You have to try the liquid vitamin C. It takes terrible but it gives you so much energy. The staff is very knowledgeable. I also love their sandwiches and soups.
Great underground/hole in the wall place. Lunch there is really good food. I think its been there like 40 years. Great healthy food choices. Prices for stuff is hit or miss but generally all around, I would recommend this place. YEAH BUDDY:)
