The food from this subway tasted so much better then any other subway I have eaten at here in florida. Costumer service was 13/10 I definitely recommend making the extra drive to come here. Tirell and Judy helped us and made our experience so much better
Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, even wishing us a happy birthday. They accepted a coupon for BOGO footlongs with a drink that other lesser locations would not honor. The sandwiches were made perfectly and expeditiously, and were devoured just as quickly. 5/5
I would rate this Subway the best in the entire Lakeland. They maintain the store clean and service is always great. They also have veggie patty available for veggie sub lovers
Judy made my sandwich today, she was super nice to talk to as well as very polite and made my sandwich perfectly! Great job hiring her 👏
We had a problem with our sandwiches but the manager contacted me immediately after I posted it here and told me they'd replace them on our next visit which made us feel like they cared.

Yesterday, Sunday September 18, my family and I went to the Subway at 4296 US Highway 98 N. Village Plaza in Lakeland. We were served by Ethan (my son was the one who saw his name). Ethan was very nice to us and very productive, he made 5 footlong and 1 flat bread all at the same time. He remembered every ingredient without asking again. When we sat down to eat a person came in asking what was the cheapest sandwich, Ethan started to offer him but he himself stopped and told him that he was supposed to have a free sandwich but he was going to give it to him. I told my family what was happening with my watery eyes because it gives me immense joy that there are still compassionate people with values. My son received money for his birthday, he opened my wallet, looked where I kept his money and took out $5 without saying anything, he walked up to Ethan and gave it to him. My family and I were speechless at how nice that moment was. If anyone knows Ethan or better yet his boss please feel free to tag them so they can see this recognition. HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS FULL OF JOY!!!
I had the most WONDERFUL experience at this Subway! Walking in, everything was stocked and immaculate. We were greeted by James and Gabe, who then proceeded to give us the best service I have had anywhere in a long time! Not only were they friendly, but they also had this 'it's a pleasure to serve the customer' attitude that was reflected in their work. These two gentlemen made a quick lunch stop home a highlight and I greatly appreciated their customer service skills and hope they get raises! Thank you again, guys!
Stopped in after work around 9:15pm. The restaurant had a few people sitting to eat. The store looked clean and bright. My sub was made exactly how i like it except for being out of cucumber. The service was fast and friendly. I pass a subway that is 5min from my house to this one that takes me 10min because the bread is so soft. They always have everything available unlike the other one that is always out of something. We love Subway. We can both eat healthy food for $10. They are always a clean little fast food stop.
Denise and Gabriel were rock stars. They were jam packed to the door and people continued to come in. They worked really well together as a team, extremely polite and attentive to all guests even as the toaster went down. Give them a raise and send them help.
The lady was extremely nice and helpful, the other worker was newer but was still very kind and reassuring. The make line was well kept and clean as well as the rest of the restaurant. Best subway I have ever been too
Very pleasant experience. Ive been to that locatoin several times and the employees are always so very nice. I stopped there today on the 2nd and every time i go there they are so polite and friendly. Thank you ladies for treating me so good. 🙂
