Actually, it was one of the calmest locations I have been in. That’s not a complaint. I did notice that the power plugs under the tables in the middle of the dining area or not working because customers were going around trying to find outlets that were working. It was nice to not be overcrowded for once at a Starbucks.

I’ve stopped at this Starbucks quite a few times, with it being in such a convenient location. Though I must say, I’ll always miss the old Beacon Road location- the retro gas station-turned-coffee shop was super cool. But I think the move to this location was extremely necessary because there’s way more room for parking and the flow of constant Starbs consumers. The workers here are for the most part awesome in my experience. Though, sometimes they can be a little rough, but I’ve noticed that when ordering inside, so I’m not really sure what that means. Anywho, you can mostly expect the same thing from Starbucks to Starbucks (bet you can’t guess which ones I’m talking about). I recently tried the coffee cake and it’s actually pretty decent. I do get a little weary of visiting Starbucks just because I know everything I eat has an insane amount of sugar, carbs and all the rest. But it’s definitely a fun spoil sometimes. Their refreshers are also the best of any coffee chain and I’ll pick those first over others, but not Starbs coffee (sorry man it’s just the truth). Lastly, I love where this Starbucks is located now. In the Southgate shopping center you have a really great view- the famous Southgate neon sign! That never gets old, and when you go through the drive thru it’s on all glorious display right there.

Starbucks is always a good time. Whenever I want to people, I go to Starbucks. I grab a refresher and a bagel, take out my laptop, and start working. The associates are really helpful and respectful. I'll definitely be back.

We are from Southern Illinois and stopped here after a cruise for my Starbucks fix. I have been to MANY Starbucks and while all have been a good experience, these folks in Lakeland went above and beyond. Acknowledged me as I walked in the door and as a task was being finished while I was at the counter. My order was taken and as I scanned my app I was as addressed by name and thanked again by name. My drink was made quickly and to perfection. I was again addressed and thanked by name. When I asked to speak to the manager, I didn’t get the usual huff and puff or roll of the eyes, although his face showed a little concern. 😂 I let the manager know how wonderful her team is and to keep up the fantastic work. I will go out of my way to make it back to this Starbucks in the future. Keep it up. All these “little” things go a long way for some people!! ❤️

Great customer service especially the gentleman at the drive through this afternoon. He was so sweet ! This starbucks location is near my job and I will be returning!
